HP Ensemble clavier et souris sans fil 230

This keyboard is in a foreign language and not English QWERTY for instance it has the letter Z instead of the letter Y and also different symbols to one's in the standard English keyboard.I am very disappointed not to be able to use this keyboard all my computers are HP andI was looking forward to a genuine HP keyboard and mouse.Amazon surely when someone orders a keyboard it should be in a language of the country they ordered it in I have no idea what the language on the eyboard.I was an IT specialist or 25 years and dealt with many hundreds if not thousands of computers never ever seen this before.I know I have the problem of taking it to a collection point, should have been collected for me or you Amazon.I've been an Amazon customer since 2001 begin to wonder whether it's falling apart please get this corrected.I could have gone to Curry's PC World and paid less and I would have got the correct English QWERTY keyboard.

It's a German non QWERTY keyboard - despite checking the photograph carefully before placing the order and the box when it arrived - both of which showed a QWERTY keyboard the actual keyboard wasn't - useless in the UK. Nowhere on the site does it suggest that a German keyboard will be delivered. Useless and a real pain to have to return it and the time delay in getting a replacement.

Keyboard and mouse are very good. It's just that the keyboard layout is for Germany. Nowhere in the title or description was this mentioned. We have kept it to avoid the hassle of sending it back and have just swapped the Y & Z keys around to make it usable
