Looks good, seems hardwearing, but has a smallish juice collection cup which doesn't sit steady in the base. Good spongy lever action though, so comfortable to use. However, the juicer has recently sprung a leak in the top cone. Not bad enough for me to send it back, but irritating, nonetheless. I have to juice with a piece of kitchen towel wrapped around the join. The cone is a fixed welded piece and cannot be removed for cleaning, as the previous juicer I had could. I bought this one to replace a cheaper one from Argos which had a plastic base, so the base on this attracted me. However, it has weaknesses in other areas. I would have been willing to spend more on a more expensive and better made juicer, but couldn't really find one that matched the simplicity of design of this one. Depends what you want, but I would say that "heavy duty" doesn't really describe it accurately.
