US plug prong broke the first time I used it.

The charging prong broke on my fifth use.

As a family that travels a lot and all over the world, it is a must for us to have ways to plug in cords and other USB chargers.Pros:Several of the things that I like about this charger is the fact that it has all other connectors built into to charger. It also fast charges USB connections that are fast charger capable without the need of having the USB connection and the outlet connection so that is a bonus. Also, I find it extremely easy to get the different plugs out and as easy to put them away with minimal effort. So all in all, a very good product that works exactly as needed. Also, it is a nice plus that this company has a travel pouch added to this so that it is fast and easy to find and pack this charger.Cons:As the plug is only CE certified and not UL that is not fully a bad thing but it does mean that it has not gained certification to be safe within the USA. So, again not fully a detractor but is something to consider. Also, as one of the pictures show that I attached for review as well is the fact that for things from the USA that are from a 110 outlet cannot be plugged into the front so this plug works wonderfully for USB connections but nothing else with getting other adapters to connect to the front.Do note, I was given a discount coupon to try this charger out. This has in no way affected me to be objective on my review.

Do not buy their product. They are poorly made. I bought 2 adapters and they would not stay in socket. I wrote to them and they told me to buy the updated version and would refund me. They have done nothing.
