Looks and works great. Glad I made the purchase.
The Surface Pro 4 is a fantastic device that handles everything I need for my sales presentations. The screen is sharp and looks great. It is also in excellent condition with no scratches. The kickstand is super handy for switching between tablet and laptop modes. It is light, but after a while you can start feeling the weight, especially if you use a protective case. My only complaint is the power cord—it’s quite short, which can be inconvenient at times. Overall, it’s a great device with just a minor drawback.

its a great machine, small
its a great machine, small, lightweight, gives the user a tablet and a full blown PC experience in one device. Also the stylus is great fun and more useful than I thought (once I read how to use it correctly). its also fast and the screen is impressive. the add on keyboard is click strong and solid and is easy to connect. I have office running on it and a bunch of other business software without a problem. only complaint is that it doesn't have the battery life of a tablet. intuitively since it is so much like a tablet I expected longer battery life. I get about 3 hours out of the battery under normal use. not a deal breaker, but would have been much better to see 6-9 hours. but from what I read you trade battery life for the more powerful chipset that is in the machine I purchased. and I needed performance with business apps. all in all, a good buy.

The option to use it as a tablet or a computer is great!
Out of the box it looked like brand new. It was well packed when shipped seems to have no problems so far. I'm very happy with its function as a tablet and as a computer. Thanks Amazon!

Buyer Beware, Poor Quality Lack Reasonable Customer Service
MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY CHECK THAT YOUR DEVICE IS WORKING WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT. I waited to long to check it and found I had a useless tablet. The Surface Pro 4 was purchased and left in box as a backup until needed. It was stored in a climate controlled office with other similar equipment. It will only stay on when plugged in. Once you pull the plug, it turns off, so the battery is useless. It also doesn't boot up normally. Though I did not find these issues out until after the warranty period, I called Lifecycle Pro to see what we could work out. I was willing to send back the tablet at my expense to have them fix the battery issue, or I was also willing to send it back and get a store credit on another tablet. Its my fault for not checking the condition of the device when it was received, so I get it. It was in the original box and not opened, so the problems it has now, would've been there upon receipt. I would've offered a customer some level of credit or something...Lifecycle Pro offered nothing. Considering the 2 tablets I have purchased from them are of little to no value, They made a few hundred, offered subpar tech, and definitely lost our business.

Surface Pro 4 refurb quality very good
I integrate Surface Pros with industrial instrumentation for customer interface. I buy these frequently as replacements because they burn out in hot industrial environments or freeze when a customer tries too often to restart without the password. These refurbs start up fine, appear as near new, have good battery life and function... If you need a low cost tablet, this is a good option. Just realize there are no user servicable parts outside of the power supply. You can't change the screen or battery without special tools - not economic as cheaper to just buy another. Sad but that is the world they have made for us.

Flickergate, battery life, slow performance
After the 90 day window (of course), the screen began flickering, which is known as flickergate and an issue well known with pro 4s.I had a Pro 3, but cracked the screen, it worked flawlessly for over 10 years, which is why I got this pro 4 thinking I'm upgrading without going overboard. This battery lasts half the time my pro 3 did and is slower than my pro 3.I'm disappointed with it, but it gets the job done. Well, as long as I cool it down and give it a rest when it begins to flicker and am a little patient with it.Honestly, I get more things done and faster on my Samsung phone which replaces most computers (unlike iphones....sorry had to put that in there ;p).Best if you go with Pro 7 or 8 and make monthly payments instead. I don't recommend this product.

The Perfect Solution to the Question: Do I Want a Tablet or Do I Want a Laptop?
I absolutely love this computer. I had never seen any of the older versions in person, but when I played with my sister's Surface Pro 4 I was immediately sold. I literally ordered one the next day! I had been in the market for a new tablet, and thought maybe I wanted an iPad, but I just couldn't seem to pull the trigger. I don't like the mobile interface of apple products (despite loving the desktop interface on my iMac). I had a Galaxy Tab 2, which I liked for a while, but I also don't really love the Android interface for a tablet, although I love it for my phone. So, this has been the perfect solution. It's a laptop, but a tablet, but a laptop. It's just frickin' amazing. I also really like Windows 10. I stopped following Windows products when Windows 8 came out, but 10 has been a nice blend of 7 and 8. This really is the best of all worlds!
