After receiving, I ground some up and dumped into the matching french press to have some nice cold brew in the morning (so I thought). I didn't get to enjoy the next morning brew as I actually had to go to the ER later that night and had to stay overnight for 2 nights, during that time, this was sitting in the fridge turning into a nice brew. After I got home from the ER, I pressed down the grounds and poured some into a cup, and I gotta say this is an excellent coffee. I'm not sure if 48 hours in the fridge would affect the taste compared to only an 8 hour stay, as I typically have cold brews prepared at night and ready to drink the next morning, so it sits anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. After I'm done drinking whats left and prepare a fresh batch, I can then make a conclusion, but it was still fantastic none-the-less.I've had many different kinds of premium coffees, and this one is up there with them. It was rather hard to acquire this coffee because it's always out of stock and in "currently unavailable" state, but then it finally happened, 16 in stock and I placed my order. After I placed my order, I went back up to the page moments later, and it was already out of stock.

Bought this for a neighbor who moved on from Jamaican blue mountain coffee to pure Honduran. They loved it. I got to try some and it was super smooth. Now, coffee is a very personal item, like perfume, people can love and hate the same kind. This isn't super strong and dark, but if you like medium smooth coffee, this is the way to go.Update 5/22/2018I first bought this coffee at Christmas for a neighbor that switched from Jamaican Blue Mountain to Honduran coffee. They loved it, they made me a cup and I thought it was great. I tried to order again but it was out. I was pleasantly surprised when it came back in stock and ordered 2 bags for my own consumption. My husband hadn't tried it but he is REALLY enjoying it! It's a smooth blend that doesn't require a lot of milk or sweetener. I hope this stays in stock!!

After sampling many of the darker, higher octane roasts (some of which are outstanding, Death Wish being the best) I decided to go for a lighter roast. After looking around a bit I settled on this one (didn't hurt that I have a good friend from Honduras). All I have to say is that this was by far the smoothest, tastiest cup of coffee I've had in a long time. Again, Death Wish is a delicious cup of coffee, but the this one is just uber smooth and easy to drink. The fact that it's organic and fair trade is also a plus. I will definitely buy again.

Not a coffee drinker myself, but ordered this for my husband. Our adult children bought him a coffee grinder and coffee maker, so I topped it off with a nice bag of coffee beans. The coffee smelled wonderful coming just out of the mailing package. He loves the flavor and I even drank two cups - delicious! The customer service team has checked in a couple of times, which I appreciate, and I will be ordering a new bag soon with the code they gave me. This coffee had rave reviews, so not being a coffee person myself, I followed those reviews. So glad I did.You won't be sorry for trying this, you'll be back for more!

I usually order my Honduran coffee from a distributor in Miami.My delivery was very delayed and I decided to try other options until the arrival of my regular coffee.I went through several brands from different countries. What I found out is that nothing compared to the Honduran coffee. IT is really the best!I tried Blue Honduras for the first time and must admit I was impressed by it. It is strong without being bitter ( the way coffee should be),smooth and wonderful way to start my day.If you want to get good coffee, I definitively recommend Blue Honduras.

This coffee is quite good but not great. It has an odd, bitterish after taste. Hard to describe but very prominent in both bags I purchased. I ground my own and used a French press to brew. No matter how I adjusted my method, I couldn't achieve a smooth, excellent flavor. I have found another option on Amazon.

I am sad to say I was not happy with this coffee. I couldn't smell it brewing and was disappointed with the flavor for such an expensive coffee. I would like to send it back but my boyfriend poured the beans in our canister and threw the bag away. :(

Amazing tasting coffee! Couldn't believe that it has only gotten 5 stars from everyone but this stuff is the best coffee I've ever had. I grind my own beans daily and add butter and MCT oil (bulletproof) and I've had some beans that are too oily and these are perfect. Exceptional taste! Customer for life
