June 8, 2017: Still works for me. As a vegan amateur bodybuilder, this helps a lot with my digestion process. I eat about 2000-2200 calories (5-6 meals) and before taking this, I always had stomach pains/bloating. Now after taking these injunction with my CLA's (that I've been using since March,) and tracking my food, there's been no stomach issues since.I started taking this on the May 14th, after a day or so I saw results Immediately. I am now completely regular and my belly is leaner as ever. It's been only a week, but we'll see! When considering the effects of probiotics on the stool, it is important to realize that these “friendly” bacteria are working to restore balance in the body, regardless of what the symptom of that imbalance is. Because the body is designed to work in balance, an upset of that balance produces symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome. I try and stay mindful about what I'm eating and my stress levels. These two impact tremendously on your health, especially the body, especially the stomach.

I have tried MANY other probiotic brands and while they helped some, they pale next to this one. The quality of this product is superior and I feel safe taking it. A true product made with all the best ingredients. You can tell he wasn't skimpy! My stomach has never felt better. As some one who has battled severe GERD for years I can finally say I feel at peace with my gut. No more horrid acid ripping through my stomach and esophagus. I can eat what ever I like with peace of mind. I feel happier and lighter than ever. My health has has taken a huge turn for the better. Royal Organica ProbioticIs my first intake in the morning I take it confidently because I've felt for the past month it had definitely helped my digestive system and besides cleansing me its regulated my movements to the bathroom. I don't understand why it has an option for thickness because these are in capsule form. Besides that, I've had GI issues most of my adult life and have taken a probiotic before which didn't help. I bought these after finding a list of the best pre/probiotics on the market. I've been taking them for over a month & these are a game changer. Prior to taking them, I was a vegetarian and no dairy due to being lactose intolerant. Months ago, I cut out all gluten as well trying to settle my GI issues. It helped but never 100%. So, if anyone is having issues, give these a try. Highly recommended!

I have seen an immediate change in my digestive health. I have always had stomach issues and its was always on my mind- now my gut is calmer and I don't worry about it anymore. My mood has increased, I have more energy. I have noticed that I get sick less often, my sugar cravings are non exist- if that is all possible- which has lead to weight loss- an added bonus to this product. This product has eased my digestion troubles, and I will be forever grateful- This is definitely is a staple in my daily supplements.

This probiotic is very helpful. I feel much better after an extended period of time with digestive issues. I was taking an OTC probiotic but was confused about just what was in it and if it was the right type- wasn’t helping at all. Luckily I read Dr Stern’s explanation and description of his product on Amazon. After a week using the product I could tell a difference. The doctor also emailed helpful information/tips that I followed. Now after 3 weeks I am so much better and I know this product and Dr Stern’s help are the reason.

I went through this entire bottle but did not feel a difference. I gave some to family members, who also did not feel a difference. This is too bad I was really hopeful! Many good reviews for this product, I am glad it is helping other people, even if it's not working for me.

I haven't noticed any significant improvements after taking this for two weeks. It it very expensive and it's hard to tell if it's making a difference.
