Very Salty
If you are on a low sodium diet, this product is a concern. The serving size is 2 oz and that contains 290 mg of sodium. For those that like their pasta on the wet saucy side, 2 oz is not very much (there are 7 serving in this jar for a total of about 2,250 mg sodium). My cooking style is to use the entire jar with a half pound of gluten free pasta yielding two servings. Those two serving is about my total consumption target of 1200 mg daily. No more orders from me.

A good Alfredo sauce with cauliflower bonus!
A pretty good Alfredo, I like the thick consistency unlike some watery brands out there.

If I could give this less than zero, I would
I have no idea what this is. It isn't alfredo. This company should be embarrassed of this slop. It may be alright on fish, but I wouldn't trust this. It is sour, it has a definite citrus tang. If you have ever had good alfredo sauce, this isn't it. Based on buying 2 jars of this, I wouldn't buy anything from this company. Save yourself the money and buy a good italian book. I threw away my pasta, ate my chicken. Total waste of money. Simply crap.

Sour alfredo sauce
The Sonoma alfredo sauce is decidedly sour. We have to wonder how it ever made it to the shelf. There is nothing you can do to correct the problem so the money you spent on shrimp and gluten free pasta is wasted. We will stick with Classico brand.

Disgusting & Ruined Dinner
This isn't creamy but runny, and disgusting not delicious as stated. It tastes like vinegar and rancid buttermilk. Nothing I added to it fixed it. Threw away my hard fixings, what a waste of money. I actually returned it because I bought a 2 pack, and I thought it went bad. Both jars were the same proving it's their gross recipe.

Sour - the cheapo jarred alfredo is better than this!
The bacon alfredo sauce is absolutely gross. Ruined a chicken pizza, then a chicken pasta dish. Way too lemon/acidic or whatever they did to ruin it. It may be more if a lemon cream sauce? Might be better on seafood? Nah…still gross.

Delicious!
I originally bought this sauce locally but have been unable to find it again for months. I was so glad to find it on Amazon. The sauce is delicious and is great in any meat and pasta mixtures. I haven't tried it with rice/meat but I'm sure this will work too!
