This is a very nicely constructed resistance band set. The quality is equal to or better than the set my physical therapist had me using in his office while being treated for an injury. I wanted to purchase a similar set for home use, but many of the others I've seen on the market are not made with the quality of these bands, and the ones I saw in stores felt flimsy.On the Mind Body Fitness product... the nylon stitching is excellent and the entire set is well made... the handles were not too narrow. The clips are easy to use. Everything is well marked with the weight amount easy to read. I'm pretty confident that these will last for a long time.I appreciated the included bag for easy use with travel and taking back and forth from home to office, and for quick storage so the set doesn't clutter up the house.However the real stand-out of the package was the well written and easy to follow 101 page (one hundred and one pages!) PDF instruction manual.The color photos are large and make the exercises easy to follow. Everything looks to be in accordance with what my physical therapist was having me do.Nice job Mind Body Fitness!

Newbie here - but the quality of this set, and the clear PDF instruction book included as a bonus, make this a win for me. Already feeling results and looking forward to a long life of the product. No complaints so far.

Best set of resistance bands that I have every purchased - every bit worth the few extra dollars for the clips alone - the ebook is a great bonus resource as well!!

Have only used them a couple times so far (just received them) but they seem to be good quality as advertised and reviewed by others. I'll update this if with time they face a premature failure. Plenty of weight for most anyone.
