I've been wanting to redesign my front patio space into a more relax and "loungy" area so we can spend time in the front yard during the spring time and summer, where I've setup nice landscape lighting, with lot of fruit trees and plants and in a gated fence too. I was hesitated at first for such an expensive purchase, however, with the current situation and that we're all staying home for past few weeks, I went ahead and bite the bullet and purchased this set. At first I thought that it'd take several weeks to have it delivered but seller was pretty quick and on point with the shipping. I received the whole set (4 separate boxes) all on the same day within a week later. Since I was too eager to set it up, I started to assembled the set on the same day of delivery. The boxes indicate to follow its instructions and estimates that it'd take 2 person about 2 hours to complete the assembly. But I was assembling it by myself and it took about 3 hours, which was bad at all. Make sure you open box #1 first, and follow the installation manual in there, which suggest to finished installation box #1 (2 chairs without armrest), then move on to box #2 (which also have 2 chairs without armrest). Then you'll need to open box 3 and 4 together because they contain mixed parts for the chair with armrest and the ottoman table. I'd suggest to use your own hex key and a powered screw driver with a flexible hex-bit adapter, it'd help saved alot of time compare to manually screwing and tightening those hex screws. Once I've finished all the hardware assembly, I spent another 20 minutes to insert the cushion and the cushion covers together. This patio set is very comfortable to sit on, cushion is pretty thick and comfortable. Since this is a sectional set, there are multiple way for you to configure the seating arrangement, I've decided to go with a separated L-shape. It fits nicely in our front patio. All of us been hanging out here the past few afternoon, enjoying the sun and drinks while our kids are playing and running around. Just in time when all of us are staying home to avoid the pandemic.

It comes in 4 boxes so just open 1 box at a time that makes it easy to assemble.* Seats are very comfortable to sit. All cushions come in a vacuum pack so it will take some time for them to get into proper shape.* All cushion covers are water proof and you can use this in the open area also. All covers have zippers.* There are 7-8 separate ways that you can set this sofa set.* Every single chair is separate and can be used individually or with each other.* You also get a cover for this sofa set in the box to save from pollen or dust when not in frequent use.* Table comes with a tempered glass.

We cant even use one of the pieces/chairs because there’s a defect in how it was made, the hole for one of the screws was drilled into the side of the frame vs the bottom, therefore we can’t attach it. I’ve emailed the customer service email and haven’t heard a thing.It’s also very low to the ground/small and the cushions are very poor quality. Feels like there’s no cushion at all. It comes in 4 cartons and each piece is assembled with an Allen wrench if that gives you any idea of the quality. The feet are thin plastic that are painted silver.Also the cover only works if you put all the pieces together in a rectangle- which is not realistic unless you’re packing it away for the season.

So far so good. The set looks great so far and the cushions are very comfortable.Things I wished I would’ve know though. There are 4 boxes that will be shipped. I received the first 3 pretty quickly. Amazon only has shipping information for these 3 so don’t be shocked when your order says Delivered and your missing a box. Today is Thursday and I received those this past Monday. I was stoked because we are having a big cookout this weekend and thought I got lucky. Unfortunately I was only able to put together 4 of the seats from boxes 1 & 2. Boxes 3&4 are intermixed so you can’t do anything about the end seats or table. I sent a message to the seller and they responded very quickly. They gave me the shipping information for box 4. As of now the FedEx label was created weeks ago but it’s still Pending Delivery Date. So it’s safe to guess that it hasn’t actually been shipped yet.Oh, back to the things the I found handy. This comes with two wrench’s. I used the Allen but grabbed my fiancé’s socket set and it made tightening up the bolts so much quicker. Just like some of the other reviews stated the first chair took a little longer but the subsequent 3 were real fast.As far as cushion quality... the cushion itself is nice but it tends to slide and is only held in place by this black strap. (See pics) wish there was a better way to secure it. I may just go by some Velcro and attach it to the bottom and back of each cushion.So far this product is worth the money, time and the little effort it took to piece it together. I look forward to finishing it up.Once I get the last shipment I will update my stars and this post with final pics and let you know how long it took to be delivered along with any tips with putting it together.
