Sunnydaze 45-Inch 2-Tier Arcade Solar Fountain with Battery Backup and LED Light - Submersible Electric Pump - White

UPDATE: I would very much like to compliment Sunnydaze's customer service for working with us to develop a resolution for our issue. As a result, I am increasing our overall rating to 4 stars. They put forth great effort to ensure we were satisfied and made it very obvious that they fully stand behind the products they sell and that's all a consumer can ask for. I would have no problem purchasing another product from them again.This fountain is a nice size and looks the part at assembly, but there are some issues. (1.) The hose included was too short and kept coming apart from the pump, so I had to add my own extension. That was easy enough and fixed that problem; but (2.) the paint easily will wash off the fountain when cleaning and will eventually have to be redone or the fountain will just look like a dark grey piece of resin; and (3.) the holes in pump filter (sponge) are too large allowing debris to block the pump frequently requiring you to completely disassemble the three section pump to adequately clean which is about every week - annoying. For this price point, I would not buy this particular fountain again.

I have had this product for a short amount of time and it is chipping sending the chips to the pump and clogging it. Pumps water to top (of course) but tube needs to be about and inch longer for cleaning. It also has to be cleaned every other day (which probably is normal). Also it is not level and you have to place something underneath it to get an even flow. Oh, and the light on it is a small little light that does not do a good job of lighting it at night.

Re-did a whole garden around this fountain. Love the sound of the water and the look both day and night. Just right for the space we have!

The fountain is beautiful and really looks like granite from afar. My mom was so excited to get this up and running. Assembly was easy. Put solar panel in a very sunny (8 hours) spot and the fountain has MAYBE worked for 4 hours continually. It’s shuts off at the time we actually sit outside (dinner time) and upon research, the blinking button says to plug into a charger. No mention of having to purchase an additional charger for it to work. For over $300 you’d think it would come with it and we’d be informed it was needed at time of purchase! Disappointed is an understatement. Just be transparent.

The solar power only lets the fountain run for 4 hours. Disappointing.

Customer Services promptly answered my inquiry of initial setup issues. It provided pin-point solutions, with parts quickly shipped , helping me get solar water fountain flowing. I could not ask for a better customer services experience.However, the pump lacks oomp, wish it is more water gushing instead of trickling
