Silver Dollar Pancake Pan - Nonstick 7 Egg Skillet Omelet Maker

I got this pan to make my 2 year old nephew dinosaur pancakes! It takes a little getting used to and does not hold a lot of batter but makes perfect size pancakes for a 2 year old. I had to use it a couple times and experiment with heat settings and batter thickness to start getting the pancakes to come out where the pictures really show up. I haven't had an issue with the items sticking to the pan which is great! It is a little difficult to get the items out of the molds to flip and I still have yet to find a way to flip the pancake without making a mess or perfectly hitting it back in the mold hole. I also cooked an egg on it and it made it perfectly round for my sandwich. Super pleased with this pan and would definitely buy more of the other ones.

There’s definitely a learning curve here. I saw another reviewer mention that but she didn’t give any tips so hopefully my review will help you! I make these almost Everyday since I bought this about a month ago. They’re perfect size for my 2 year old and my 10 yo loves them too. For my 6 month old I scramble some eggs and cook them in their own circles. One medium egg fills 3. They’re perfect for his tiny hands and baby led weaning. The pictures are hit or miss on the eggs, I haven’t figure out the secret to that yet. I find a thicker batter and a lower temp help the pictures show better. A video I watched said to keep one open so you can flip into an open spot which is a good idea but what I do is flip with the little spatula that comes with it and put the little tongs on the opposite side of the spot to act as a barrier, a quick little nudge and the pancakes go right where they are supposed to. I plan on making sandwiches with this also.

I love this so much! I love making breakfast sandwiches and this pan lets me make the perfect size egg and pancakes. gets hot fast and cooks quickly so you have to watch so your items don’t burn.

The pan works perfect for the first batch of pancakes, after that, PAY ATTENTION to the heat and lower it for continuing cooking ! Otherwise your second batch will get a not so lovely charcoal tint with an extra hint of burning scent!! 🤣

The media could not be loaded.  This was the first time using it, and so far no problems. You need to attach the handle, but that’s the only assembly required. I made eggs prior to the pancakes, but I didn’t take pictures. The only problem I had was I use large eggs and they oozed outside of their area a bit. I have a lid from another pan that I used, it’s bigger, but it does the trick. I had no problems getting the food out as I sprayed the pan before I cooked each food. So far I am loving it. If any problems occur, I will update my review.

The compartments are way too shallow and it didn’t come with the screw to attach the handle neither did it comes with the spatula as the pic shows. Very disappointing. I would have kept it if it had atleast the screw to attach the handle. I would have to take it to Home Depot to see which screw fits it. Naa thts too much work. It’s easier to return it.
