Q: Is this product water proof?

Yes, but they have changed the wand, and I don’t like it. Great mascara, but they should have left well enough alone!

Q: Badgal lash or badgal bang? you have pictures for both posted. this post says it's for 'lash' but the customer pictures say 'bang' which is it?

Refer to my review pic with the pink ruler for accurate measurement of the full size “BadGal Bang”. The “BadGal Lash” is the smaller version.

Q: Why did the product come in an unlabeled bag instead of the product box with the product insert?

Mine came in the correct product bag. Someone must have returned yours and tore up the box it came in??
