Exact same as a DockATot
We have twins and was given one dockatot and we didn't want to spend that much for another one, so I found this one and I have to say it’s the exact same as a dockatot. When we took them both apart to wash we couldnt tell the difference between the two inside stuff. Great product

Just keep looking, trust me, you will end up buying this nest for your little loved ones
Just keep looking, trust me, you will end up buying this nest for your little loved onesA sleek sleep pod for babies age 0-12 months that can be used for supervised daytime naps, playtime, tummy time, nappy changes, and if you make the decision to bedshare, co-sleeping. It’s billed as a bit of a “miracle product” as some parents claim it transformed their newborn’s sleep but nothing is ever guaranteed - and with only an $89.99 price tag, it’s a worthy investment, instead of paying $175 for an expensive gamble. In a nutshellComfort: 5/5Effectiveness: 4.5/5Ease of cleaning: 4.5/5Quality: 4.5/5Durability: 4.5/5Worth the money: 4.8/5✔Pros: Easy to transport, comes in a handy and protective case, cover can be removed and washed, different cover designs available. Great alternative for DockATot.X Cons: Maybe a little expensive for someone what it is, can be little hit or miss, the offer of free return on Amazon Prime would solve this issue. Advised not to leave the baby unattended in it, the baby outgrows it quite quickly. The DockAtot baby nest has become one of those baby products that many parents want to own. We have all heard from friends (or friends of friends) how this stylish and chic sleeping pod got their newborn baby to sleep instantly and how they cannot live without it.The DockAtot Deluxe+ is a pricey sleeping aid for sure, but when something alternative chooses, and the price is only half of the big brands, can help a newborn (and hence a new parent) get some sleep, isn’t it worth investing in?TotAha is a U.S. brand, and as such is unique in its streamlined and simple yet beautiful aesthetic. The design of the pod – as well as the materials used – have all been carefully crafted to ensure babies are kept happy, healthy, and comforted. The soft pod is designed to make the baby feel as if they are being “cuddled” as they sleep, offering reassurance and comfort and thus promoting better sleep. There are plenty of other sleeping pods on the market, for example, the Snuggle me and the DockAtot Baby Nest (both expensive than the TotAha), sure the TotAha seems to be the more things worth shouting about. Its sleek lines and stylish design make it look gorgeous in any nursery or bedroom. The Superior+ has additional toy loops which allow you to connect a play arch or other toys to keep the baby happy when awake. I'm sure the TotAha baby nest will also compatible with the DockAtot arch toys.It also comes with covers, which can be changed from the original white, making it ideal if you want to personalize it a bit.Tested by:Claire tested the TotAha Superior+ out with her newborn baby girl, Lottie Petal.First impressions:Lottie is my third baby and I have discovered that no 2 babies have the same sleeping habits, even if they are siblings! My first was an amazing napper and would fall asleep wherever I put him. My second was a nightmare napper – wasn’t happy anywhere and fought sleep like there was no tomorrow. I, therefore, had no clue how Lottie would fare with the Sleepyhead.I had mixed reviews from friends when I questioned how it worked for them, and as Lottie only appeared to want to sleep on my boobs for the first few weeks, I did have my doubts. My first impression of seeing the TotAha Superior+ was very positive. It looked gorgeous. Chic, sleek, and a beautiful clean white with the logo embossed in gold thread. I am a sucker for a pretty baby product, so this was great. It was also super soft and smooth to the touch. I loved the snugness of it and how cozy it looked. How does the TotAha Superior+ work? The pod is supposed to mimic the safe and secure feeling of the womb. Much like swaddling, this design has been created to bring comfort to babies after being in the tight surroundings of the womb for 9 months.A cot can feel like a large and daunting space for a newborn, so the TotAha is supposed to transition them gently. I love this concept, but from experience, I know that the so-called “4th trimester” is a tricky one and a lot of babies simply will not be put down or separated from mum, so although the idea is a good one, it can be hit or miss depending on the baby.So what are the safety concerns about the TotAha Superior? You may have seen the warning from The Lullaby Trust that baby sleeping loungers and nests do not meet the safer sleep guidelines that it promotes. According to the Trust, the fact that pods and nests have mattresses with raised, padded sides mean that they don’t meet the “flat” requirements of the guidelines. Yet our argument would be that this is true of many cribs and moses baskets, which are recommended by the Trust. We’ve investigated all of the scientific evidence that the Trust has based its warning on. Perhaps because pods and nests are fairly recent products, there isn’t any specific research relating to them, but as previously mentioned we could find no evidence of any reported cases of suffocation or SIDS directly linked to use of a TotAha.Overall, highly recommend.

Very Disappointed, Uncomfortable Thin Middle Cushion, Loose Side Walls
Don't waste your time and money on this baby lounger, get the Mamibaby lounger instead. The middle cushion is extremely thin & looks uncomfortable. The sides are loose, held together loosely by buckles.Purchased a Mamibaby baby lounger as well for the same price and you can feel the difference in quality right away. Mamibaby is much more comfortable, firmness of side barriers are adjustable, appears much safer & studier than the TotAha.Definitely NOT a superior Doc-A-Tot alternative! Very disappointing.

I have recommended the Totaha baby nest to all mums I know, here are the frequently asked questions
Can the TotAha be used without supervision? No.It is important to use the TotAha (as well as any other sleeping aide) safely. It states on the packaging not to leave baby unattended in the TotAha and it is recommended for daytime sleep only. The base of the pod is firm but due to the raised pod borders, it is not considered flat, and this is something that The Lullaby Trust advises against. It is worth reading their advice before purchasing this or any sleep aid. What else can you use the TotAha Superior+ for?The TotAha can also be used as a play nest for little ones. As you can carry it around with you, it makes it very convenient spot to place baby in when you need to put them down (if they will let you!) The soft yet firm base makes it an ideal space for them to relax and watch the world go by.Is it worth buying the mobile arch and toy set?Fellow reviewer Monaz says she thinks so, as it made the product more versatile.I used it as both a gym and a sleeping pod. My baby was happy to lie there on his front or his back for a while playing with the toys and looking around the room, she says. The Toy Arch is suitable until babies are able to pull themselves up,so you’ll likely get around 4 to 6 months of use out of it. My baby is 5 months old and it’s still suitable for him.Is the TotAha Superior+ easy to use?It is very easy to use.You just unzip the bag, take it out and it is ready to go.There is no faffing or messing around like so many baby products, which is a real bonus. There is a strong piece of cardboard under the base which is held in place with a zip pocket. You remove this when you start using the TotAha but hold on to it, as if you want to take it with you on holiday or to someone’s house then pop the cardboard back in and it helps retain its shape. Can you take it travelling? It’s feather light so moving it from room to room is easy. However, as it’s quite thick and padded, it’s not easy to fold down to a small size to take it away on holiday, for example, unless you had a large suitcase or you’re travelling via car. The clear plastic zip-up bag the pod comes in is worth hanging onto, as it keeps it clean and makes it easy to transport it around when on the move. There is a handle woven into the pod making it easy to carry. You can buy a navy transport bag on Amazon separately if you’d like a more stylish version.Did the TotAha Superior+ seem comfortable for your baby?Yes, this is a very comfy piece of equipment. The cotton cover is cool and soft and perfect for babies to snuggle up in. The sides allow babies to feel enclosed and secure.Did it help your baby nap?I found that with my little one, when she was tiny, she only wanted to be held. However, once she fell asleep, I could put her in the TotAha Superior+ and she would stay fast asleep. This didn’t happen if I put her in her crib, where her eyes would snap open immediately then. With the TotAha, she would stay sound asleep… the length would vary of course. There were a few times during the early days when we stayed at one of her grandparents houses. I brought the TotAha along with me and would pop her in it whenever she fell asleep during the day.Fellow reviewer Monaz says In the beginning, our newborn baby Evan would sleep contentedly in the TotAha during the day and friends who were parents were always astonished at how well he’d sleep compared to their babies. As he got older, his naps naturally decreased, but when he was sleeping soundly,he’d stay down for a solid amount of time.Once he outgrew the TotAha,we put him on the cot mattress. We found the quality and duration of his naps really diminished.
