All the flavours are yum. You can use these on a keto diet as the sugars mostly polyols but you do have to be careful not to have too many of these as they still hold about 6-7g carbs.They are pretty expensive though.

I eat a lot of protein bars. I love the variety on the market. My attraction to them is the high protein content and low sugar content. But taste is vitally important. Sadly, these bars taste artificial. The sweetness is really strong and overpowering. Consistency and profile fine. But fails at flavour.Oh, and another thing. I had awful farts after eating these.
