This is pure gold for drummers in search of independence!The book uses coordination notation and got me using all 4 limbs in my 1st sitting and removed my over thinking issues.The author knows how to write instructions so they yield results and boy does this book yield results.It covers ALL levels of ability and I can see it being used over and over again because 4 way coordination like this means the ability to stand out from the bump dat bump bump dat type of drumming that I was happy with [because I thought that's all I could do].I was wrong...This book took my brain, both hands and both feet and set them free.
