Decut Arrow Saw Quick thoughts
I have had this saw for over a month and use this saw frequently to cut a variety of carbon shafts for my Archery family and friends; having cut 3 dozen shafts. This Arrow Saw is designed very well to save space on your work-bench, make adjustments easy, hold your settings securely, and accurately cut your Arrow Shafts. Do your part by supporting the arrow shafts towards the ends, smoothly rotate them, being aware that the nock will influence the rotation. Once the Arrows are cut, square them on a Squaring device. The only problem I have had are the Cutting Discs. Having shattered the two that came with it. They are not reinforced, and very thin. Take care in not over torquing them during install and feed the Arrow shaft slowly into the disc. I contacted Amazon Product Support via chat and they helped me with the replacements.

Nicely made
I cut a dozen 5 mm FMJ arrows to size with no issues. Clean cut. Very adjustable. Has coarse and fine adjustment for length as well as fine adjustment at the blade to account for different size shafts and blade wear.

Great product, Instructions could be more detailed
Great product and easy to use once understood mechanisms. Instructions should be refined to explain arrow cutting rest can be adjusted using dial to bring arrow into contact with cutting blade to ensure accurate cut. No need to force arrow or manually push forward, just dial rest into cutting blade as it rotates and then spin arrow for clean, accurate cut.

Works good. I think the cost vs benefits is not there. I would not buy again and step up to a more rigid saw that has a standard blade size. When I grabbed the unit the last time I broke the blade just grabbing it since there is no cover on it. It is a design issue.If you have the $ just get a better unit or I would just buy a cheaper unit at half the price because they cut the same.

Great unit, wish it had a dust collector
Very good product. Portable and accurate. It has many adjustments where others do not, such as cutting depth and micro tuning the length of the cut. I wish it had an area where you could connect a shop vac to collect the cutting dust efficiently. I put a shop vac hose as close to the cutting wheel as I can but it's awkward.
