Turning this thing on was like starting up a rocket engine. It is LOUD. It took a lot longer than I expected, too. Plus, some of the cards that it claimed were good and that it "checked"...they turned out to not be good and I got complaints from customers.

The device works great and easy to use. The only problem I have is one of the SD card slots is bad and is never able to copy data. Every write to the same SD slot fails. The bad slot is the leftmost slot on the second row down from the top. The fan is a little noisy but other than that it works well.

Once you get the hang of the operation, this machine is very fast and reliable. For instance, I needed to copy a full 32Gb microSD card and it did it flawlessly in under 5 minutes. (both cards were class 10)Our engineering dept uses this to create about 50 copies a week for a control unit we sell to customers.

Good product...had a minor problem, but i could solve it easy...it works fine and fast..It was a goods purchasse. Thanks

VINPOWER 11 TARGET USB DUPLICATOR, not recommended. It does copy master USB to targets, but they must be all usb2.0 or USB 3.0, you can not mix. It is very slow 4GB USB 2.0 take ~10min.If there is a defective/not good enough USB memory, the duplicator stops. sometimes the only way to stop it is power off the unit. After power off it does not always come up. it get stuck in checking memory, or suddenly display Chinese letters. after few on/off it will start working.Another annoying feature is that you need to use a button to "shut down", if you do not remember to use it, 50% chance that you will get stuck in the next boot up sequence. There is no newer firmware, and it seems that this company is using the same controller in many of the products (disk, CD/DVD and USB duplicators).

Quick delivery. Very solid product, strong case and easy to use Interface. Had another 'garage product' before which broke and no help was available so I decided to go with a professional supplier this time. I had a little issue so I called Vinpower Europe support, who solved my problem within minutes.
