It’s very hard to find out before purchase, that these bars are full of soya. Soya is an allergen and it should be clearly stated, not hidden away requiring extra work to check the ingredients. it didn’t occur to me that something claiming to be keto would contain mainly soya.they fail on palatability to so I can’t even give them to a friend. what a waste of money.

I was paranoid about these. Not all products that are labelled “keto friendly” are actually so. But these are great, I have a bar about 5 times a week and it’s never knocked me out of ketosis which is always the biggest worry with these kinds of snacks. They’re a bit on the expensive side but I think they’re worth it, especially if you’re new to the keto diet and still adjusting. Anything to keep you on track I think is worthwhile. Other Adonis keto bar flavours I would recommend are the peanut butter and vanilla coconut. This is about as good as it gets on keto so enjoy!

We like these bars however bought them as they are described with a unit cost of £0.72 but when the arrived there were only 6 bars in a box @ £11.49 / 6 = £1.92 a unit so not as advertised

Just opened one of the new boxes delivered to me in Oct. The taste of hazelnut is off - a bit rancid. Past the return timeline so an absolute waste of money this time around. Disappointed- so cancelled my subscription.I think the peanut butter one is much better
