Worked well on 5 gallon jug, WITHOUT THREADS/ SCREW ON CAP
First of all these caps work on jugs with out threads, if you bought a jug that had a screw on cap or threads on it these will not work, now if yours doesn't have threads you're in luck because these will work. They seal pretty good, but some of them do still leak a small bit if placed on their side, but do a fine job of keeping the container sealed enough for transport and upright storage. I will say these are a tight fit and can be a bear at times to get off, but does get easier as you get a technique down. I can confidently say these work fine with the 5 gallon size, as for the smaller sized containers I am not sure as I don't know if the container neck is the same size.

Tough little caps. Maybe too tough.
These fit on the Deer Park 5-gallon bottles that I never returned, but refill at the Culligan machine at the local organic market. They're a little tough to pry off when they're new. They also allow a very small amount of seepage if the bottle is not held right-side up (like if it falls over in the car, there will be a little water on the seat or carpet or whatever it falls on). These little jewels have saved me a ton of money on bottled water, and I've had to buy extras to pass out to friends and acquaintances.

May still leak.
Some caps allow leaks and some of the caps don't. This flaw could be user error as perhaps my bottles aren't perfect. However, these snap on just fine and hold well enough that so long as you aren't carrying the bottle upside down, these lids should work just fine. I use these on the classic 5 gallon bottles you see go on top of water dispensers at work and I haven't had a problem besides the small leak issue which can be avoided. Great product and you get 12 of them...even though you probably don't need that many.

Water jug caps
These fit perfectly and make it easy for me to reuse water jugs and refill them myself.

IMPOSSIBLE to pry off
This is the hardest removeable cap I have ever tried to get off my re-suable water gallons. I have the Biggest Primo bottles I purchased at Walmart. Someone else on here said that it was easier to get off the Primo bottles, so I figured they would work: WRONG! I. CANNOT. TAKE. THEM. OFF. Very disappointed. I do not have anyone with enough strength to pull these lids off. I have to pry them off with something metal (knife, flathead screwdriver). I haven't tried, but I am assuming that water cannot possibly get through there. However, other reviewers and the seller have noted that these caps leak. I didn't really care about that because I store them standing so I wanted to give them a try. Regrettably, great price, but not a great product. Looked on Walmart and they didn't have snap on caps, but they do have these same dew caps in different colors (someone else on here wished for different colors). I decided to buy directly from Primo. Wish me luck.

Fit standard water jugs, no leaks but difficult to remove.
We purchased the caps to use on our 5 gallon water jugs. They are definitely a snug fit, at first we didn’t know if we could get them on. No problems with leaking and too soon to tell about durability. They are made of a good stiff plastic without much to give. Since the caps are very difficult to pull off, I can imagine the little lip on the cap providing leverage is going to wear out faster than the cap itself. Overall they work for the intended purpose. We are hoping with used they loosen up a little bit.

These caps are great - what's all the fuss?
I read the reviews that say these caps are "too hard to put on" and "too hard to remove". I don't know what all the fuss is about. These work fine. They snap on and snap off without any problem. They might not be 100% leakproof, but I store my bottles standing up, so no problem. No issue buying these - inexpensive and they work.

I have hand injury (open with jar open) very easy
I have a hand injury. It’s hard for me to do anything. I use a jar opener and it makes it very easy for me. Yes it’s had to remove the tops but I really like how strong it locks on when transporting the water. I also carry bottle opener to store to refill jugs. Lol. You have to pick your battles but have to know what works and this work. Have a wonderful day.
