No missing parts. Came on time. Assembles easily. I love that there's a knee pad with it.This wheel is The Truth Teller! Don't be disheartened after the first use! You'll be sore as a MFer after the first time. Wait 3-4 days and try again. There's no cheating with this. You just have to build up your fitness.ALSO: Go on YouTube to learn how to roll out with proper form and prevent back injury.

Sturdy and super lightweight and portable
It was a smart decision opting to go with the Amdahl ab wheel. It's sturdy, lightweight, portable and the knee is a real must unless you have it on your own. Currently using it outdoors by my backyard after an abdominal circuit. After adding the ab carving exercises I notice more definition as well.

Awesome and it makes you really fit and lean! Try doing it twice a day no knees and / or 20 with knees, really good!!! For lower abs

I have never had a problem with anything I've ordered ...
I have never had a problem with anything I've ordered until now, the ab roller I ordered only came with one grip. I made sure I checked and rechecked the box and it's not there.

I got the package and opened it, only to find a grip missing on the other side that’s supposed to hold the wheels together
