Good way to add to your protein goals without adding too much to your calories.

Lactose free.... But have gluten!
Bought for family with dietary restrictions... Great it is lactose free and bought for this reason but also needed it to be gluten free. So had to give to someone else to use. Otherwise ok quality and volume/thickness.

I love these, taste great and keep me filled up for a long time. It's hard to find shakes with lactase added so I really appreciate these. I just wish their was a couple more flavours because the only other lite one is chocolate which isn't for me. Anyway, I'm definitely going to be making a bulk purchase on the website for better value and the puddings look nice to try from there too :)

Really good strong strawberry and cream flavour not to watery or too thick if they were a little bit cheaper I would buy them on a regular basis perfect for people on bariatric surgery liquid stage

Taste is just like some medical syrup, it not even close to strawberry.

Can't drink it
Way too sweet. Every time I try to drink it after exercise, I feel like I'm going to have a hyperglycemic coma. Too much sugar.
