Durable and Comfortable
After sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks, that we purchased for staying with our kids house, I have decided that it warrants a great review! I have purchased several air mattresses in the past but none has stood up to the durability and quality of Intex. This is my second intex mattress that we have purchased! We have one at our home and one at our kids house. This particular mattress is our favorite. It lays a bit higher which makes getting in and out of it a breeze. I love that you can plug it in and it does the work of airing up and deflating for you. It deflates flat, making storing great. It comes with a bag to store it in. We have ha no leaks at all. It is thick and durable material. I have had back surgery so I can't lay on just any mattress without pain and being stiff in the morning. But after 2 weeks on this mattress I can say that I might just be inclined to trade in my old bed for this! I totally recommend this matress to anyone who is looking for a great, comfortable nights sleep.

"FULL TIME" Bed Review
I'm a retired senior with limited mobility so I spend more time on my bed than most ever will, (Queen 22 inch). Unfortunately, that amounts to well over 12 hours on too many days. After a month I bought my adult daughter one and she thanks me every time we talk. I'd like to address some negative review issues and maybe why.Leaks- Before using Pump "FULL" WAIT at LEAST 12 hours, deflate, rei-inflate. Not a TRAMPOLINE!Hard- I call it firm which I wanted. The daughter likes hers a little softer so she underinflates hers compared to mine which may lead to another complaint.Unstable- Most complaints seem to come from twin-size beds and those under 22 inches tall. My daughter is limited to location due to floor heaters and hasn't had issues without wall support.I'm 170lbs and live alone. The bed is rated at 600 pounds but that doesn't mean a couple of 300 lb. users could sleep on it. I wouldn't recommend it for two sleepers full time. When my fitted bottom sheet becomes loose it reminds me to add a little air. This happens every 3 or 4 days and takes under a minute to bring back to full.Measure your space!! Since there is no elevated frame you cannot place it over floor heater outlets or near electric baseboard or radiant heaters.

RELIABILITY
Wanted to like this, however is keeps losing air, slowly. Have to 'top' it up every other day.The other issue is that after blown up, the middle is too hard, yet the sides and bottom is very boggy. Wondering if it's defective? Or if they are all like this now.I think in general, it's a design problem. Seems like they could improve how the air is distributed. Quite difficult to find a reliable air mattress these days.

Never worked - utilizing warranty is a hassle
Even with troubleshooting the inflation methods and double checking that the air exchange settings were all correct, this product would not stay inflated over night. I was really pleased that my 7 month pregnant self was stuck with this for a weekend. I looked into getting a replacement through the warranty and it's such a tedious process. The interface to make a claim is extremely difficult to use, you have to submit that same web form for all communications (they won't give you an email address to respond to), and then after submitting the form 3 times, they asked me to "send the defective part back". I don't know where the leak is, so I finally just accepted defeat and didn't bother going through with the claim. What was I supposed to do, pay for postage to send this massive air mattress back? It would have cost more than the mattress itself. Super disappointing purchase.
