I was paranoid about these. Not all products that are labelled “keto friendly” are actually so. But these are great, I have a bar about 5 times a week and it’s never knocked me out of ketosis which is always the biggest worry with these kinds of snacks. They’re a bit on the expensive side but I think they’re worth it, especially if you’re new to the keto diet and still adjusting. Anything to keep you on track I think is worthwhile. They’re yummy - I quite like the texture and the bars are a decent size. Other Adonis keto bar flavours I would recommend are the hazelnut choc and vanilla coconut. This is about as good as it gets on keto so enjoy!

I have ordered the peanut butter and cocoa flavour a few times now. They don't taste synthetic like so many keto bars do, they also don't upset my stomach andci really enjoy the taste. Great packaging too (for what it's worth).They are expensive though unfortunately.

So moreish, not as crunchy as usual adonis offering, more of a chewy, flapjack consistency which I like. Really love these but I have a problem eating just one.

These are so delicious, hard just to have just one! Squidgy and crumbly, great with a cup of tea.

Really tasty and great value for money. Will definitely be including in my keto diet.

Just didn’t like it.

These are the worst keto bars I have ever tried. Felt like chewing cardboard, with no flavour at all. Definitely won’t be buying again, such a shame as it’s hard to find bars with low carbs.
