You can not mount in a frame. I wish the description had indicated it has a permanently attached mounting bracket on the back that sticks out, causing the mirror to hang about 1 inch from the wall. It works but I had to change my original plan. Would not work on back of a dressing room door!

I LOVE this mirror. I searched for 2-3 days looking for a mirror and ultimately decided I didn't want to have gold, or silver or black around the mirror as it might take away from the space it's in. This mirror is so beautiful and I knew it would hang off the wall (not flush) and it looks fabulous where I placed it. I wish I had taken a photo. Highly recommend this mirror. Came very well packaged too.

This mirror hangs at least 1" away from the wall. There is no way around it unless you want to put a hole in your sheetrock to accommodate the mounting hardware (which cannot be removed without breaking the mirror). It looks ok -- unless it's in a location where it can be viewed from the side. I was considering returning it, but the return fee is nearly $50! Also, if you need exact measurements, it is not 18x57 -- it is 1/4" less each way.

The beveled edges make this mirror look more expensive than it is. It was carefully packaged and easy to install. Looks great.

Mounting hardware attached to the back would not allow mirror to hang flush against the wall, and it could not be removed. I had to return it.

It's a real mirror, with very pretty detail, and heavy duty hardware to hang it. It sticks out frim the wall an inch or so. That was unexpected, but not a problem for me.

I ordered this for my garage gym and just needed something so I can see my squat form and whatnot, it doesn't seem that big but it sure does the job. I'm 5"6 and I'm able to just tilt it a bit to see my full length, the biggest plus for me about this is the packaging upon arrival! there is a GIANT sticker that says fragile and it is double-coated with super thick styrofoam to keep it safe during its shipping. You can buy a mirror anywhere .. but to get a mirror online via amazon with fast shipping PLUS secure packaging that is 1000% plus for me :)

Needed a tall mirror in my sewing room. Found this mirror to be the right size.It was a quick delivery, thought it was partially open. I checked that all pieces were there. The zip lock bag that held the 4 pieces (2 plugs and L-shaped screws) had been ripped. It was missing the screws. Contacted the company and the zip lock bag was sent promptly -- received it within 3 or 4 days.Installation was extremely easy and as indicated.Love the look!

It’s beautiful mirror, the right size but unfortunately when I opened the box I seen that there was a big crack on the mirror. I’m trying to thing of another way to use it. The carrier should be more careful with packages like this.
