MOTONG Stainless Steel Microwave Oven Wall Mount Stand Holder Shelf with Removable Hook

First it came very will packaged, the instructions was alittle crazy but I finely figured it out but it is very good items I have a small kitchen need to get microwave off counter and it work very good.

The item is very sturdy. I like the fact that it's heavy duty. The instructions are in Chinese. Can't understand. I'm gonna send item back, only because the screws are pretty thick and I don't want to drill holes that big in my wall. I'm in an apartment.

Material quality is not good. The screws didn’t hold properly on my drywall and when I did a pull test they came out and I could see they did not expand properly behind the drywall.After securing it on my stud I also noticed the base was uneven when I put the microwave on it. Sharp corners are dangerous too.

I like this product. It's not a shelf but a microwave holder. The problem is the need for precise horizontal measurement between arms. This is not like installing a shelf. A shelf only requires that both arms are vertically equal. This has to be positions to have the correct horizontal distance as the microwave you want to install on to it.The included hardware may work for you but I found it far easier to find the studs in my wall and use threading bolts. Pic included. I tried to use the included hardware in Sheetrock but did not work.Overall, it's important to get the horizontal measurement between your microwave feet to place the wall bars accurately. We all know it's important to be level vertically. With this design, it is very important to get the horizontal measurement correct.Again, this product is good but it will only work for one microwave and when you decide you want a new one, your will need to re position the spacing between the bars. Once you have this accurately adjusted, it is awesome and looks great.Again, don't use the hardware provided.

The expansion bolt barrels while very hefty metal, rotate while tightening down, making them totally useless.If you are mounting into studs on both sides, you are ok though you need to use your own screws, otherwise you will have to get your own expansion bolts. They are also just for one time install. In other words, you only get one chance to install correctly. Even if you get the barrel to mount correctly, if you ever unscrew the bolt, the nut inside the wall will become loose. There is nothing to prevent them from falling out the barrel. I wonder what kind of engineers this company has.These brackets look pretty good but if you look closer it is not designed too well. The arms do not project outward 90 degrees from the wall. Without shims your appliance will tilt upwards. Also even if you mount the wall side vertically perfect, the arms are not horizontally even. I guess with shims you can fix this.
