Great product
Great product for my screen doors that began to sag over the years. Easy to install and easy to adjust to desired tightness. Good quality and value, durable and long lasting.

Did the trick
Just a couple months after we installed our screen door, it was sagging and we couldn’t even latch the door closed anymore because it no longer lined up with the strike plate. A few searches and YouTube videos led me to this turnbuckle. I installed it in 5 minutes (drilled some pilot holes first) and said a prayer that turning the turnbuckle would work. Extremely satisfying to see that it did! Perfectly solved our issue. Now our door is level and properly latches.

Awesome! Fixed my dragging door.
I bought a cheap flimsy screen door and now I'm paying the price. It was sagging and dragging on the ground after a few weeks. This turnbuckle took 5 mins to install and instantly fixed the issue. Price on Amazon is nearly identical to price at hardware store too.

Not good near saltwater
Does a good job straightening a sagging door. Easy to install and adjust. I was replacing another one that had been up for several years and was very rusty. I painted this one with several coats of spray paint before I installed it. Simple, elegant solution to a problem most homes have.

Worked Great
I used this on a very heavy shed door made of 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood with a 2x4 frame. A couple of twists and it pulled in a significant warp. Can't speak to the longevity but appears to be holding strong. you will probably want to use more robust screws unless you are using it on a light screen door.

Hard to find in Canada
Fixed an annoying problem with a cheap PVC screen door that had sagged out of square. Works like new again.Was not able to find this part anywhere else in Canada. Was not even able to order it in from the orange big box store. (“Product unavailable in your area”)
