I got this Retro Ladder Toss set as an alternative to the lighter-weight PVC ladder toss set that I put out for our students recess time, and it was a big hit right from the start. Bother ladder toss sets are popular, but this retro wooden one has a nice sturdiness to it and creates satisfying sounds of the balls on the wood when they hook and wrap. The teens have gotten very competitive in their ladder tossing matches now.The only "negative" is that there is no way that we will ever use the "carry bag" because it would take WAY too long to disassemble and re-assemble the ladders - it's all bolts tightened with an allen key, which is not problematic or difficult at all when you assemble it, but it is slow screwing all those bolts in that way. So I leave the ladders assembled and just slightly loosen the base support bolts to allow the feet to rotate and slide alongside the vertical supports, and then I secure each side with a pipe cleaner to keep it from flopping down when carried - just re-tightening the bolt didn't hold them securely enough for transport. So they don't get broken down enough to go into the provided carry bag (the way my PVC set quickly breaks down completely), but the ladders do lay flat atop each other in my car, making it still an easily portable ladder toss set for me to bring to recess each week.

The game is very durable and sturdy. Works great except the score keeping magnets do not stay in place. Needs a better method of keeping score.

First purchase was missing one package of assembly screws, contacted the seller and got a response the following day and commitment to send extras right-a-way, and the seller did. Very pleased the game and bought a second one for my Niece.Ron

The quality of the wood and score card is unrivaled. However, the advertisement is misleading. To collapse the structure, you actually need to disassemble it according to the fine print instructions. Also, the score card only goes to 15 but the instructions say that the player who gets to 21 points wins. All in all, I’m an unsatisfied customer.

I loved it at first until it started to crack and one of the balls frayed and we already had to order new ones.

Let me start with the Pro's- nice looking setCon's - No instructions/ No paperwork whatsoever - Missing screws & bolts - You feel like your building a piece of IKEA furniture - took 30+ minutes to assemble and had to dig up screws in my garage + a trip to Home Depot to get more - Carrying case is useless, You have to un-screw everything to put it in bag then re-build

Nice sturdy set

This product is first of all way better than a PVC model the wood finish is ok and it hold together well. A small problem the product uses screws to put it together. In order to put the game away in the bag that it came with you have to unscrew all the screws to take it all the way apart to fit in the bag if they want to keep the same bag but make their product better maybe some know bolts for easy take down or maybe just a wider bag so that the legs can fold up and fit In the bag without disassembling the rods from the frame. You'll want to keep a larger screw driver in the bag if you intend on taking it in and out of the bag.

Solid frame. Easy to put together

Its a good set. Looks nice and sturdy but the bag is worth zero. They only fold flat. You would have to unscrew the whole thing to make it fit. The screws will get loose and strip the wood if you do that. All in all i love the game and am happy with it.

A very popular game at outdoor bars/patios which we have brought into our own backyard for a ton of family fun.

Dislike the quality, score magnets, storage bag which is useless unless you want to de-assemble the game which take a lot of time to reassemble. Not worth the hefty price. Metal games are better quality and easier to store and assemble.

Nice set. Doesn't topple over when the bola hits it.It is much nicer looking and better quality than the old plastic one we had. I store it inside.
