The SYNAGY car mount arrived today. The suction cup part sticks perfectly, its holds the mount in place nicely. The only issue I am having with it is that where the base part connects to where the tablet comes off rather easily, which could be a problem. I am going to try and work with it more because all other parts of the mount work very well and it feels like this will be a quality mount, very useful.I received this product at a discounted price. I give an honest review of every product I review and do not let my discount influence my review. I utilize customer reviews heavily when I am trying to decide on a purchase and consider reviews a valuable tool for us as consumers to make informed choices as to where we spend our money. Sometimes I will come back and give more information should I notice new things along the way. Well, I was a doofus and didn't read the full listing, so when the car mount arrived, I didn't realize that it was mostly for tablets 7" to 11". I bought this to use with an Asus ZenFone 2, and the phone was just a bit small. My husband was going to work around it, use a little padding to keep the phone in place, because it's a nice, sturdy frame,However, our car is a 1998 Dodge Stratus, made long before smartphones and tablets or even GPS units were commonplace. The car has "cab forward" design, which means a long, sloping windshield, and a very curved dashboard. There is literally no surface in our car we can attach this and still be able to reach the phone. This isn't the fault of the mount, so I am not deducting any stars for that.I only dropped it to four stars because the sizing isn't more prominent in the listing. I didn't even see the sizing until after the car mount arrived and I was checking to see if it arrived. "Fits Most Smart Phones and Tablets" was the information I originally saw and placed the order on. Unless you're using a larger "phablet," this most likely won't fit your phone. But it will probably fit your tablet and your newer car quite well.I received this item at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Strong, made well compared to other products I've purchased. Easy to use and very nice.

I received this product at a discount for my unbiased review. . .When I received this product, one of the "arms" was separate from the tablet base. It appears that whatever adhesive was used failed to hold the arm during shipping. I was able to reattach it, without glue, and it stayed okay. I had originally intended to use this as a car mount for my iPad so that a family member of mine that has issues with riding in cars could watch videos. I had to scrap that idea. The suction cup base is super strong on my metal file cabinet, but negligible on my desktop. I did not even try it on my car dash. The tablet base attaches in the back but not nearly as securely as I would like. The tabs that are inserted are very small and too many times, as I was adjusting my iPad, I would actually pull the base off. As for the arms holding my iPad securely, I don't know if it's because of the loose arm or what, but I didn't feel confident that it was secure enough. I even went so far as to push the arms in tighter against my iPad, nearly breaking my iPad in the process. That was my mistake.Despite all that, I have enjoyed using the mount on my filing cabinet. It is right next to my desk so I am able to have it in view as I work on my PC, and as long as I don't bump it or make any "adjustments" to it, I have been able to spend hours playing my games and watching videos. The suction is one of the best I have experienced on the metal surface. The charging cable goes up through the hole on the kickstand so nothing is kinked or twisted. I truly like the design, I think I just got a defective model or it was damaged in shipping.I did email the seller describing the issue with the arm. I have either missed their email or they have yet to respond. Doesn't matter. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. I'm not able to use it as I had originally intended, but instead found another viable option.

I received it today. I was so excited to looking fwd to use that holder in car. I didn't realize it's for tablet, not iPhone. I didn't pay attention to read details. I will try to use my tablet on that holder.
