I do yoga quite often and this supports my knees beautifully

the old design with the 5.5" above the knee is way comfortable than this new design

Supporting knee in a perfect manner during exercising, especially for those who have a chronic meniscus issue like me.One star off though as i found it bit hard on the the soft skin area behind the knee.

Amazing product. I used 2 for both knees. It really helped me with the pain. I use it everyday during my morning speedwalks and i have not felt my chronic knee pain since i started using this brace. The size was alos accurate. I got the xxl and it works perfectly. Dont think twice about buying it.

Good one. I have knee pain and am ablw to hit gym only because of these knee caps. I havent experienced knee pain after wearing these to gym. However, it has worn out by now. I have worn it for 3 months daily during my gym session only. I might buy another set cuz its that good.
