I have actualy tried to cut myself with these and couldn't with a couple different blades. I recommend against doing this experiment yourself.I picked these since they seemed to be the same quality as others and were cheaper.The large fits my hands perfectly!I use these when I work with sharp items like vintage razors.Havent been cut yet but you can definately be poked!

I bought these gloves after a very bad accident with my sewing rotory cutter while cutting fabric. I laid the glove down on the cutting mat and ran the rotory cutter across the glove to test it. My rotory blade cut through the glove. I'm not sure how it works for knives or anything else, that's why I gave it 2 stars, but I would not recommend it for rotory cutters.

Incredible glove! My son tried everything he could think of to cut through this glove - to no avail! This will save us multiple trips to the ER.

Works if you are on bloodthinners

I am legally blind and cut my fingers quite often. These gloves are great! After use I rinse them and can reuse wet if need be but they dry very quickly

So happy I invested in these gloves. I wish I had known about them years ago.

Very low quality product. Upon opening the package for these gloves, I immediately noticed that the finger tip on one of the gloves was torn. Upon trying the gloves on, I saw several very large rips in the palms of both gloves and a tear in the cuff that was several inches long.Although I did not get to test-out these gloves they are very thin and I would not trust them to protect my hands from a knife.

Just what I needed ! I wear it to protect my skin when I am using the mandoline.
