Doggy Do GoodPoop Bags for Dogs (60 Ct), Easy Open Dog Poop Bags, Certified Home Compostable

We have 4 cats, with healthy appetites, which means, well you know... lots of litterboxes and each time we have cleaned, we put it all into a plastic grocery bag, tied it off and popped it into the trash. It goes to the landfill and sits and sits and sits. Forever. Enter Doggie Do Good (which should be called Doggie Doo Good) and their poo bags made out of vegetables. I'm fuzzy on the details of that witchcraft so I will just speak to my actual use of these bags (well not me--I am toilet trained). I bought the larger size to ensure the opening was wide enough to get the scoop in--it is. I let the bag sit next to each litter box to get a couple of loads before I moved it to the trash. It holds, I didn't notice any increase in odors. There was a little moisture ring under one bag I had left on the garage floor (it is very hot outside so that probably affected it). No odor, not stain. I recommend filling the bag throughout the day and take to the trash. The grocery bags usually have little holes so I would leave a trail of poo breadcrumbs throughout the house from litter box to litter box--but these bags are solid so now my cats will need to rely on scent only to find the boxes (jk). Overall a great product and I can feel a little less guilty about poo-loading the landfill until I can find a way to make a poo-powered car engine. Thank you Doggy Do Good!

We use these bags when scooping our cats' litter boxes every night. Originally we had tried a smaller version of these bags, but had difficulty getting the poops and clumps into the bags. This size is ideal for the purpose. The only downside of these bags is that they come with little tapes that connect the bags on the roll. These tapes are pretty much impossible to remove without tearing a hole in the bags. The adhesive on that tape could probably hold tonnage!

These bags are quite nice. Our house has had a minimum of 4 dogs for the past 10 years soooo....we generate a lot of dog poops. I have tried every poo bag on the market. A couple things I have learned:1. Get bags with handles. So much easier to tie. And untie, in the case where you may have a double popper and no extra bag.2. Get decent size bags. It probably sounds gross to some, but it's easy to fit two poops in one bag which helps conserve when you are walking multiple dogs3. Get compostable bags when you can. This is different than biodegradable. Compostable bags break down much faster and are much more sustainable.So, with those key criteria in mind there are only a couple of bag choices out there and this is one of them. These bags are good quality (thick) and do the trick. I will keep ordering them as long as these guys keep making them. They are a little pricier but we'll worth it. If you are debating whether to get these or not, just do it. You'll be glad you did.

I was happy to find these but it turns out that most of them are totally unusable because the handles are either missing or cut wrong and also the bottom of the bag is weirdly sealed. After using the first two, I could tell the handles were getting increasingly uneven. I've only used maybe five total and now I have to dig through the package to find any that are functional. It's as if nearly all of them got stuck in whatever machine makes them. The bag part is too small to use on its own and tie--you really need all that room for the poo and then the handles work to close it, so the ones without two proper handles are basically trash. Really disappointed and frustrated especially because I was willing to pay the premium for what seemed to be a decent, easy option that conforms to the ASTM D6400 guidelines. Honestly I'd like a refund or a new package that's properly made. Simply can't recommend these at all.

They are perfect to hold several litter uses by my older cat. But be wary since they seem to be slightly, moisture permeable leaving the bottom of the bag wet. I place it in a small 6 quart wastebasket.

Other companies try and claim that they are biodegradable and they arent...these ones really are, you can feel the difference in material as these are made from only plant materials. I'm fully switching over and I even use these for my food waste and as cat poop and scoop bags!Sadly, the coupons that come with the box never actually work 👎

I'm fostering a toy fox terrier right now and I had some remaining Earth Rated standard sized bags. I've always had a hard time with opening them (even began pre-opening them before walks) and of course they were too large for this dog. These Doggy Do Good bags are great. I've used 4 or so by now and have been extremely happy with how easy they are to open, they feel so soft and not much like plastic, and they are the perfect size for this dog. I'm super glad to see that they are actually biodegradable too! In addition, it fits perfectly into my Earth Rated bag dispenser.
