Excellent quality product.It works great to cover an "open" surgical incision wound, after applying sterile, medical grade manuka honey with gauze strips to the incision first.Earlier, the dressings also worked fine on top of gause soaked in Dakin's solution. But, wound healing is faster after swtching to Manuka honey instead.The honey is being applied directly to the wound, and to gauze applied to the wound, followed by the application of this island dressing product.These dressings have great adhesion to skin at edge borders around center pad (unlike some other brands that do not stick well).They stay put fine, even with a lot of abdominal movement from sitting and standing with the dressing appled in the center of my abdomen. They should work well in other aress, too.Make sure of size needed (this one is 5x8" including the adhesive border, as the dressing pad is smaller).I've ordered these twice (so far) for dressing my most recent surgical incision wound, and will not hesitate using them if this dressing type is ever needed again.

Perfect for my post op care. Description says tan color but I received white. Color really didn't matter, I was happy to get the size I needed. The adhesive on all 4 sides allows it to stay in perfect place while still being easy to remove for wound care. It was also easy on my surrounding skin.

I treat my Dad for Bullous Pemphigoid and these bandages work the best. They absorb all liquids instead of having liquids sit against the wound it draws it from the wound. I wouldn't use anything else for a wound that needs to stay dry. Thank goodness for Primapore.
