I have used this brand of soap for more than ten years. It lathers well and generally last a long time. The scents are mild, and gentle on the skin.

Love this! Direct from France, leave skin soft and smooth after using. No moisturizer needed! Has a pleasant light fragrance that is not overpowering like many soaps. This is important to me as I’m allergic to so many fragrances. This is luxurious in the bath or the shower. Guests absolutely love this! These make great gifts as well. A La Maison Soaps lathers well, rinses off well, and leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturize.

The coconut oil ingredient keeps skin from drying to the point squeaking, which with body/face soap is a good thing. Might not work as well on a windshield or eyeglasses but we buy the smaller bars in bulk for their easy hold, silky smooth result. Lathers up nicely.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now and feel it is the best product I have used out of this category. I’ve tried many bar soaps and feel they all pretty much dry you out. This one does a great job of doing what it needs to do as far as soap goes.

Every winter, my hands used to get dried out from washing. Admittedly, I'm not good about waiting for the water to get warm and I drink a lot of water causing me, in the end, to wash my hands, a lot. With this soap I never have dry hands, even through the winter and I continue to use them year round. I'm not a "scent" person but this scent is mild and nice.
