Great to finally get a jug to replace the broken one on our F866 Coffee maker...even though the correct jug is now classed "obsolete" and no longer manufactured, this one is the same dimensions, although it has a different design lid. This means that the no=drip valve lever doesn't engage completely but it still does drip feed through (at a slower rate) and you may need to lift the jug to open the valve fully and drain the remaining filtered coffee through. I reckon some metal washers (or curtain weights) on the heat plate would raise it that extra millimetre or so required yet still transmit the heat.

Broke the original jug which came with our machine while moving it about the kitchen, we bought our Krups T33 Filter machine back in the early nineties and its served well since then.In all honesty it would have been cheaper to buy a new machine as a replacement but as I hate waste and the machine itself is well made and of excellent quality something which any cheaper replacement (probably made in china ) would find hard to duplicate I decided to spend out on this replacement jug.The jug itself arrived quickly and complete with a lid it has excellent clarity and fitted exactly so no problems there and I'm hoping we've extended the life of our coffee machine by another 20 years or so.

Upon receiving a free coffee percolator I bought this to replace the broken jug (hence free). This is without a doubt the most frequently used drug paraphernalia I have. Delighted and slightly addicted it brings me pleasure many mornings... and afternoons... sometimes the evenings if I'm having a late night. Thankyou Amazon and Krups.

I bought this to replace my broken original, and although it is the same jug, the lid is different. Specifically its a poorly fitting cheap version of the original, that doesn't even fit this jug right.Given its an original Krups part I was surprised at this, but luckily I have my original, which fits the new jug perfectly.So if you're only after the jug, 5*. If you wanted to replace the whole lot, 2* if I was feeling generous.
