Delicious & effective!
I can say I think this worked! :) started drinking this every morning at 36 weeks, and my labor started 6 days later. Labor lasted 7 hours, pushed for 15ish minutes... and bam! We had a kid!My OB commented on how forceful my pushes were, and how rapidly I progressed through stages of labor of dilation. Also, the tea tastes amazing! I add a little honey to it when I make it iced, but SO good. Been drinking it as a recovery tea after birth to help re-tone my uterus. Love love love it.Next time I may wait until 37 weeks to start drinking it if it works this well for my body!

Third baby, seemed to help a lot.
I used this during the third trimester of my third child. My first two babies were induced with pitocin and epidural and I labored for about 12 hrs- had stitches with both, with this pregnancy I went into labor naturally, three days before my due date, and was in active labor for about 2 hours- no meds, no stitches and BY FAR my easiest and quickest physical and emotional recovery. All of these things could just be coincidence, but I drank a pitcher of this tea every day starting at 30 weeks. I would start with boiling water, make a tea bag with about a tablespoon of the loose tea leaves, toss it into a glass pitcher (think iced tea or lemonade sized pitcher) fill it with the hot water and I would drink the entire pitcher through out the day. I love tea, and I found the flavor to be good- not unbelievable but certainly easy to drink. I bought two of the large tins and have a little leftover. Highly recommend. Again, no idea if the tea is the reason for such an easy experience but there really isn’t much of a loss if I just stayed hydrated and felt good.

Great teas and company
I started off buying Birds and Bees Teas with the Red Raspberry Leaf tea, but then had such horrible heartburn I also purchased their tea to help with that issue. Both teas not only tasted amazing and were high quality, but the heartburn tea definitely helped to ease my discomfort. It was great to have an all natural, organic option for heartburn instead of trying to take a medication for it while pregnant. During the last few weeks of my pregnancy I switched to the Ripe and Ready tea and also purchased Our Lady of La Leche, which I take to help keep my milk supply going. Every tea I have ordered, and reordered once I ran out, has arrived promptly. I would (and have) recommend any of the Bird and Bees teas to any woman who is trying to conceive, expecting, or has just had a baby. The teas would also make a perfect gift for a mama to be!

Seriously delicious and soothing tea
I bought this tea after reading reviews for many different brands/options, and I was not disappointed. I drink black tea, not herbal, as I generally don't find the taste of herbal teas appealing. But I had heard from any number of trusted sources that drinking red raspberry leaf tea in my third trimester was an important way to support and prepare my body for delivery, so I set out to find something tasty. This tea is DELICIOUS. I didn't add honey, just brewed and drank it straight. And on top of that: I called Birds and Bees just to make 100% sure I was OK to drink this throughout my third trimester (not just the last few weeks) - got a prompt call back and had a lovely, helpful, and informative chat that put all my concerns to rest. A great tea, and a great company!

BUY THIS!
I absolutely love this tea! I drank a different brand during my first pregnancy and it was okay but I wanted something with a loose leaf option and I’m glad I found it because was MUCH BETTER and much stronger taste. I started drinking this brand during my third trimester with my second pregnancy. I truly believe in red raspberry leaf teas ability to help with the actual laboring and delivery. With my first pregnancy I pushed for 10 minutes (baby boy was 9 lbs 7 oz mind you) and my second (with this specific tea and a 6 lbs 13 oz baby girl) I spent TWO MINUTES pushing. NO TEARING WITH EITHER DELIVERY. do yourself a favor and try the tea and if you like a good, loose, strong (sweet) tea go with this brand!! The packaging is adorable and I will be able to repurpose the air tight container!

Nice taste and maybe helped?
I used this tea starting about a week before I went into labor naturally so maybe it helped encourage things along? I also had an incredibly fast labor despite it being my first baby but I can’t say if it was the tea or not. Tea tastes nice, I appreciated that they included a reusable steeping bag as it is loose leaf. Ingredients are good quality and packaging is aesthetically pleasing.

Best Tasting Pregnancy Tea
This is hands down the best tasting pregnancy tea I’ve had between my two pregnancies. All throughout my first and most of my second pregnancy, I choked down other “well known” brands for the benefits- but I never enjoyed them. Drinking my tea was literally a chore! Fast forward to today, I’m 34.5 weeks and drinking my tea is easyyyy now that I found this brand and variety. I love the warm cinnamon flavor and subtle sweetness. It’s honestly perfect on its own without adding anything else and that’s exactly how I enjoy it! Highly recommend!!

Tasty
This tea is actually very tasty! I can’t say how it works with labor, because who really knows. I took it starting at around 37 or 38 weeks, drinking several cups a day. It’s good cold or hot with a bit of honey or agave. I did have prodromal labor for 5 days, and active labor for 23 hours, BUT it may have nothing to do with that. I was very thinned out by the time I went to the hospital. It’s worth a shot, and it’s yummy!
