Works Perfect But A Bit Difficult To Get On.
Its a bit tuff to get on if your built, i have a tiny waist and big shoulders and big legs so for me to slip over my legs and ass is a hassle but works well once on. I'm a size 30 waist men and i did a size medium fits well.

Sizing!
I liked the material and how thin it is. I dislike the fact the sizing is off even though I followed the recommended chart, the top band fits loose so there's little in way of it being a waist trainer!
