I have had problems getting to sleep due to a number of factors. I can’t take meds to help me sleep as I am too groggy when I wake up.On a whim, I ordered this to help me sleep. Admittedly I was super skeptical.First night, I slept really hard but I owed it up to being exhausted from the night before. Last night, I slept really well and had the opportunity to sleep in.I tend to overthink when I’m in bed. This mechanism disrupts the overthinking my slightly buzzing in my hand. Take a look. I know many of you struggle with sleep disruption and this might help you.

I’m not sure this product deserves even 1 star… I bought the first, it came uncharged charged it overnight, worked for about 2 days using about 3 times for 20 mins each, then stopped working. Returned and received a replacement. That was WORST then the first! Charged it, worked 1 time and NEVER would work again. This box came with a strange blue tape on it, madeMe wonder if it was another dud… yes! It was. I’m so frustrated, I looked forward to hoping this device would work. Nope. I have returned the 2nd product sent and awaiting refund. Also, even though Amazon gives you a label and battery warning, they give you the 3rd degree just to return…? I am sending back in same original Amazon box, how would it get to AK if I am not allowed to ship back. So frustrating!

Definitely must buy

This device sounded too good to be true I really wanted it to work I paid a lot to have the Calm app on my phone so I thought this would be a good alternate so I wouldn’t have to pay 60 bucks a year or whatever the hell it is but this device I don’t think I had the patience and I couldn’t figure it out and it was late at night and I was waking up my partner

I had a lot of hope. It didn’t help. It was a waste of money. I don’t even bother trying to use it anymore. It’s in a drawer somewhere. I wanted to try to stop using sleeping pills or melatonin so I bought this. Just don’t.

I purchased this on a whim to help me relax and fall asleep at night, because sometimes I have difficulty falling asleep. It is basically a mini TENS unit. It reminds me of the TENS units I’ve used at a chiropractor or the mild electrical currents at acupuncture sessions. Since I received it, I’ve used it nightly, and it truly seems to help me relax and fall asleep. I’ve had a lot less difficulty. Is it real? Is it a placebo effect? I don’t know, but I like it. In fact, when I couldn’t find it before bed one night, I searched frantically. But I eventually found it and drifted off to sleep pretty quickly. I’m getting them for my friends and family tor Christmas.
