To Say this doesn't work is just CRAZY!
This cream works for me plain & simple. It doesn't work instantaneously, you have to be consistent in applying it. I use a bead about the size of a pin head for each eye area. I apply it to my under-eyes, upper eyelids, and brow areas. At first, I thought I just wasted my money, but I had researched various eye creams, and decided to give this cream a chance. So I used it, and kept using it consistently every day, morning and night. I liked the velvet feel I got as it was applied. After two weeks I thought I saw improvement, but I didn't believe it; however, I kept at it. After about a month, I KNEW I saw improvement. My fine lines and crow's feet were definitely fading. My skin was feeling firmer. I kept applying it. About the two month mark, I noticed that my eyeliner was going on smoother...I wasn't battling with jagged lines anymore. At the 3-month mark, my fine lines and crow's feet were all about gone. My BFF, whom I hadn't seen in awhile, was stunned when she saw me, and wanted to know what I did to turn back time, lol! I have been using this for over a year now, and the skin around my eyes is smooth...no fine lines & no crow's feet. I still have some sagging in my upper eyelids, but it's much better than before. My daughter saw a picture of me in my 20s, and she said I haven't changed (I just laughed & figured she was buttering me up for something she wanted). I had run out of this cream, and found it for sale at 2 to 3 times what I originally paid for it... so I couldn't afford it. I went with a substitute, and after about 4 months, I started to see undesirable things return. I finally found it again at an affordable price and scooped it up. Also it's worth noting that I had brow lines forming on my forehead. Each time I applied this to my eye area I also applied any residual cream to my brow lines. They were deeper, but over time, they too, faded away. I'm not getting paid to promote this, whenever anyone comments on my skin I always say Oil of Olay. I'm not a model. I'm in my mid 50s. I've never smoked, barely drink alcohol, and I don't sunbathe. I can understand if this product would cause an allergic reaction to someone because I am highly allergic. I have had allergic reactions to other skin creams, but then everyone is different. But to simply say this doesn't work and go out and buy a $100 or more bottle of cream is plain CRAZY.

LOVE THIS EYE SERUM
Absolutely love this product. I’ve used a lot of different eye serums/creams and nothing worked. I was told by my eye doctor that I would need to eventually have eyelid surgery to remove some of the drooping eyelid. It is hereditary, my mom had to have the surgery. So my doctor made a note in my record. I found this product and immediately starting using it. I saw the doctor for my annual exam and he was obviously confused to see the notation in my record that he had made about the eyelid surgery. He comment that he saw no indiction thAt I would need the surgery and removed it from my record.

Excellent, BUT...
I'll be honest, I didn't fully appreciate this cream until I stopped using it. Let me explain: I am 36 years old with combination oily skin that is sensitive and also prone to acne, and in recent years I have begun experiencing uncomfortable dryness and fine lines around my eyes. I initially bought this cream because of all the great reviews, but upon trying it I felt that it was gimmicky and very dishonest. This cream advertises immediate results, but that is actually a lie. The cream *seems* like it has immediate results, just because it's actually tinted. (You can see the tint and slight shimmer in the photo I provided; the Olay cream is on the left, a plain white Roc cream on the right.) The Olay Eyes cream doesn't actually fix dark circles or lines immediately, it just is tinted, so it covers them up like makeup. I was really bothered by this sales gimmick. That being said, I don't like to waste products, so I tried it anyway. (One small tube lasted a couple of months, it goes a long way.) After I finished it I did not buy another tube. Imagine my surprise when, a few days after discontinuing this cream, I started to notice intense dryness and tightness around my eyes, and the reemergence of fine lines! The results had happened so gradually that I didn't notice the absence of dryness or fine lines until I wasn't using it anymore. I didn't want to try this cream again, so I tried 3 other eye cream brands, some of them very expensive. None of the other creams I tried helped with the dryness or the fine lines. I finally caved and started using this cream again, and it was immediate relief for the dryness. I don't like the gimmicky shimmer, hence the four stars, but it looks like I'm stuck with this. It really does work, though you have to give it a few weeks to see the difference with fine lines.

Beware of this product
I bought this product from Amazon and immediately experienced burning sensation and sustained a long burn mark under one eye, even though I immediately removed the eye cream with cold water. I am still treating this burn mark which is now scaly. I have used olay products, including this one, for years and have never had a problem, which leads me to believe that this was probably a fake product. I also contacted olay directly and they confirmed that the formula had not been changed. Olay requested that I keep this product so I can send it to them for investigation.

Works, with caveats.
First, they need to remove the word 'instantly' from their packaging and descriptions. It does not work instantly. But after reading reviews, I kept using it. Five days in, yes, I see a big difference, it really does shrink the bags under my eyes, which were probably pretty mild compared to some, but enough to really bug me, as they're new. The liquid stings by the third or fourth time, and it dries the skin out around the eyes in a weird way that no amount of moisturizer would help. This effect made more fine wrinkles show beneath my eyes than showed before I used it, and when I smile, what was bags is now a ton of fine lines and it looks terrible. So I'm discontinuing use. If you're someone who doesn't mind those tons of lines and wrinkles showing up in place of bags, this could work for you. For me, it's not worth the trade-off.

Nope on the eye bags
I've been using this cream twice a day for six weeks now. No impact are all in the eye bags, and in the morning it does leave a little shine which only highlights them. Leaves a slightly tacky feel. Average eye cream in other respects...I think my eyelids are smoother.

Feels wonderful&no pulling on delicate skin at eyes
I haven't used it long enough to know of its efficacy but that applicator sure feels lovely at the end of a long day of dry skin out in the world!I'll get back to you. :)

Haven't noticed any difference in eye bags
I have had good luck with the original Oil of Olay so thought I'd give this a try. It has been a month now and I don't see or feel any difference in my eye area.
