Not worth the postage
I bought this product as a replacement for an older Sony Sport Radio that stood up to several years of use/abuse jogging, walking, working out at the gym and sitting in the sauna. I was looking for an older analog radio to stand up to the heat and moisture of the sauna because I didn't want to kill my new MP3 player (also a Sony product). Over the years I have had excellent luck with Sony products and found them to be universally well designed and good solid offerings, until now. This model is a piece of junk! The case is a thin plastic shell with no similarity to the older Sony sport products except for the bright yellow color. The on/off switch didn't work right out of the shrink wrap and has to be wiggled into just the right position to power the unit up. The complaint that I read about having the radio station change when you bump the tuner didn't happen to me. The tuner "wanders" without even touching the dial. It also doesn't stand up to even moderate vibration. After one session at the gym I am now back to my Sony MP3 player (w/radio built in). It's digital and these units can be very sensitive to both moisture and heat but I just wont put up with the frustration of a poorly built product. The only thing decent about this unit was the headphones and those are a dime a dozen these days. If my MP3 player dies it will be $150 down the drain but I just spent 1/3 of that on this piece of junk and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.Shame on you Sony!

Good system, but no station Lock.
While this system does get good reception and the headphones work very well, the dial for tuning is on the edge of the unit and I found that it is always getting bumped and making it's way to another station or to just plain static. If this had a station lock or presets it would be a great radio, however it does not.

Not good
This is a great idea with poor execution. While the arm band idea is great, it constantly moves around and irritates your arm. Further, it gets lousy reception-so the music is always static. Finally, the location of the volume and tuning buttons on the edge of the unit means it constantly bumps things and changes your station or turns the volume up/down...very frustrating.
