I get really bad menstrual cramps and I need these in order to move and get going. If I didn’t have this I wouldn’t make it. They get very hot so be careful, you can use it directly on your skin or stick it on your underwear for less heat. Just perfect

These get extremely warm. The directions says don’t put on the skin but if you don’t you can barely feel them. So I put directly on the skin and got burned. Had a huge blister the next day on my stomach.

This is my second time purchasing this item and I'm not sure what happened with manufacturing but only one out of six of these that I've opened have even gotten hot. Don't waste your money. These are too expensive even for one of them not to work but that many in a pack is ridiculous. I'm so bummed.

Perfect solution for when you need to get things done but would rather be on the couch with the heating pad.

They are not that good.

Its works great. Its sticks to your clothing for 8 to 10 hrs. The heat last up to 10 hrs. And the temp is very warm. Note do not put this product straight on skin or on a thin tank top. It gets very warm..
