Yes, I purchased these salts and the spoons do come with them.

Q: How long are the spoons?

I couldn't say exactly how long the spoons are, as I gave them to my niece as a wedding present. Suffice it to say that they are appropriate to the size of the cellars. They're very pretty and Emily loved them.

They are approximately 2 1/4 " circumference. They are quite elegant. Hold app. 2 oz.
