Lobo Pad Thai Stir-fry Sauce (Pack of 3)

We moved from a large metropolitan area to a small city. There are no Thai restaurants here. After a few months, my craving for pad thai was strong enough that I decided to make my own.This stuff is great! It has directions on it, which I loosely follow. I use chicken, and I like to saute my carrots and onions before adding the noodles. I've never made pad thai, and was pleased when my first attempt turned out perfect.I don't like spicy food, and was a bit nervous about this. I was pleased to find it's zippy without being overly spicy. I sent a bowl of it to my 80-something mother. She's never had Thai food, and doesn't eat spicy food, so I wasn't sure if she'd like this. She called the next day and asked why I sent such a small serving. Now, I make a whole batch for her. Sometimes she shares, but she said it reheats well. I wouldn't know. My husband and I never have leftovers.A pack is a nice size for two people, and there are only three packs, and it takes a long time to arrive. I recommend ordering more than one, like I just did.

Tastes great! We use 2 pouches with about 14oz of rice noodles (and protein, eggs, veggies, etc) , which is just the right sauce to noodle ratio and give us enough leftovers for lunch the next day. These also have a little pack of ground peanuts in them.

I’m convinced that I’ve now unlocked the secret to perfecting Pad Thai at home. This sauce is PERFECT. Sweet, tangy and flavorful - just what you’d expect flavor wise when ordering take out. I did thin it out with water to stretch it a bit - I got about 3 decent sized servings a pack (Pad Thai should not be overly saucey since the noodles absorb the sauce). Discontinue your Pad Thai sauce search and GET THIS, you won’t be let down!

I've tried many Pad Thai sauce in the market and this one has the best taste like the one in Thailand. It's easy to use and there's an instruction on the back of packaging. If you love eating DIY Pad Thai, you should try this sauce and you won't regret it!

The rice noodles are supposed to suck up the sauce, but I like my Pad Thai saucy, so I used edamame noodles and cooked them all the way. I added fish sauce, lime juice, chicken, fresh bean sprouts, and more peanuts.

Empty package is arrived. Waste of my time and money.
