Wires a bit long but can cut them back
Easy to install i have replaced a few ignighters on different stoves the wires a bit long just cut them back

Buy more than one
This heating element installs pretty easy. So far this is my third one in 3 years. they work great just only last about 1 yr. So my opinion is buy more than one if you plan on keeping your stove.
