The media could not be loaded.  The days of paying $400 to $500 for even a entry level laptop is definitely gone. With these brands that are coming out, not only you can afford an entry level laptop for less than $300, they perform as good as some of the $500 laptops out there.This is one of the reasons why I bought a second laptop as our children are homeschooled and the technology seems to accelerate faster and the devices get outdated quickly. This laptop is very fast for its price range and it can do just more than light gaming as well as daily surfing and work-related tasks. The screen is nice and bright and can play HD videos and was able to play Roblox which seems to be very popular with kids nowadays without it lagging.The Wi-Fi also has the standard 5 gigahertz and 2.4 GHz antenna as well as Bluetooth connection so most modern devices will connect to this laptop perfectly fine. The surface area for the the touchpad is also large outside of using a mouse but it's nice and lightweight, it's thin, and for the price you can't beat it 😃👍

The media could not be loaded.  Good laptop. The price is cheap, the performance is stable, and the operating system is good (windows 10), which is very suitable for primary school students to use for the first time. It is worth recommending to friends' children.

There is no way to print any kind of useful operating manual. Website pages just show "sorry under construction"How can the laptop be used with no operating information? Very poor marketing.

This laptop is a great buy if you’d like to raise your blood pressure. Takes 10-15 minutes to boot up and when you contact customer service you will get referred to an email address in China to process your return. The only problem is that the email address bounced back. So I guess I can at least say I contributed to the Bezos rocket launch and the Biden re-election campaign. Complete waste of money!

I like that this computer comes with cortana. It's a lot easier to get help when I'm in a middle of something. I've been trying to sell my digital artwork for a while and this is a huge improvement from my smart phone. It's faster, easier and more HD...I guess. For school, it's easier to access my grades, progress and keeping up with my assignments. Minecraft Windows 10 is also much easier to play on than the Java version. Its also very durable. I twitch and make a lot of sudden movements, so when I do accidentally throw my headphones on here, the computer works and looks 100% the same. its also nice that I can finally use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I use these to help plan a lot of my projects in school. The things I do dislike are that Minecraft is way more expensive on Microsoft than Google. Although, maybe because it comes with a few more resource packs, skins and 1,000 minecoins (I got the master collection). And also, the fact that I can't use Google for this laptop.

Love this little laptop, very light weight. And I can use it with my cricut cutting machine. Would recommend.

I could not give zero stars or I would have. I was under the assumption this was a new computer. It shuts off on its own and the screen glitches constantly and the color fades in and out. It appears this computer is on its last legs and is not going to last long. Nothing about that makes it worth nearly $300.00. I would like to return this item for a full refund.

We have tried unsuccessfully to have the computer replaced. Everyday it just starts freaking out and doing things on its own. Brings up things that we cannot x out and get rid of. It happens everyday. When it happens it usually lasts about an hour or so. The issue is my nurses are using it for documentation. It is causing a lot of issues because they have to use the main computer and is the reason why I bought it. I computer is great other then just wanting a replacement. When I get one then I will change this to a positive review. It is covered under warranty. Please help! 3rd request now.
