You will receive in the package a tail comb and extra piece of the invisible wire replacement. Our package is clear on the front so that you can view the color prior to opening it. If the color won't work for you, you can request a color exchange within 4 days of receiving your hair extension. The hair must not be removed from the original packaging and or removed from the security ties. You pay return shipping to & from. Please note: All monitors display colors differently. This product is garbage.
Horrible quality. Tangles so easily. I brushed it and straightened it when I recieved it and now it won't stop tangling. Going to throw away. Waste of money.

Beautiful Hair However...
The hair is absolutely gorgeous! However I wasn't able to adjust the wire. With other Halos the adjustment part is very easy to open and close. With this particular hair piece it was so difficult to pull the wire that mine snapped off and broke! So now I have this beautiful hair piece that I cannot use.
