It's really difficult to explain my bodies response to this formula. I'm halfway through the bottle and I'm feeling stronger day by day. I became milk intolerant a few years ago so at first I hesitated using a milk product. But I'm super glad I tried this.While most of the dozens of products I've tested on myself had good temporary effects they all did little to tackle my chronic problems. In contrast this appears to be tackling my root problem - a weakened immune system from years of abuse. The overall severity of my condition has been slowly improving. this is great for bones and that is why I take it - I do not want to take Fosomax and use this instead- works great
