After fully charging the item until it indicates 100% it lasts in use for about 30 seconds then indicates 0% charge and stops working. If charged and stored, the charge lasts for a day before it is flat. However, the Vendor has been in contact with me and very kindly given me a full refund which is much appreciated, hence the four stars.

Lots of attachments, does what its supposed to do rechargeable allbeit a little under powered but still does the job.

Only came with 2 spare heads. Instead of 3.

What I like about this product it does take dead skin off your feet. but it's like a little belt sander my advice if anyone is thinking of getting 1 please make sure you have news paper on the floor and don't have any pets in the room and don't keep going over with belt sander as it does take dead skin and you end up with friction burns on your feet. The newspaper was covered with fine dead skin and my dog started to sniff as she did my dog started to choke and ended up being sick so please make sure your dog is away. I would not keep going over your feet as mine are red raw and burning feels like friction burns. Had to put me feet in cool water to stop the burning of the feet. My feet are smooth so hopefully I don't have to use it again for a while.

I must have bought 5 of these now. Each time the same problem. It can't just be me, I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it. After 3/4 months, the machine still charges and turns on, but the roller stops turning round. They are all faulty ad far as I'm concerned. This time, there is no option to ask for a refund or contact the seller. Outrageous. Can't even get a replacement or refund this time, not acceptable. Needless to say, I won't be buying these any more

Chose this one as it looked similar to my previous purchase, as the battery had died.Found the previous rollers fitted, which is a bonus. The display gives an indication of battery status.I can easily grind both my heels with less than 50% of the charge, and recharging takes around an hour from this usage.As far as I can tell it is a different brand to its predecessor, but it is a much improved design.March 2023 update:This morning I had the misfortune of dropping the device, and it would not start, the display lit up when plugged into the charger. So I decided to have a look inside. Three screws allowed me access to the insides, be aware to small parts. I was very please to find under the covers an enclosed assembly for the motor, electronics and battery. In the middle of the assembly was a rubber cover to the switch, when pressed started the motor :) so leaving me with the problem of why the button was not able to depress the switch.I managed to resolve the issue with a few layers of insulating tape. It now works like a dream.

Exactly what i was looking for to deal with calluses on the bottom of feet. Easy to use with lots of different accessories. Working fine so far having used it a few times so happy with it.
