If it's not too tight it's not doing its job!!
I've tried many girdles. Ladies...if it's not too tight, it's not going to do its job! I purposely bought this one that has less spandex than others because I don't want them to stretch with my body, I want it to cinch it in. This one is much more easy to get into than others I've had. When I first tried this, yes it was tight but after a couple minutes and gradual adjusting I was able to go all the way to the smallest hooks. I'm usually a dress size 8-10 n I got a medium. I'm probably even going to buy the next size smaller to see if I can squeeze myself into it. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because at the bottom of the stomach lace area the two sides don't meet up correctly and it causes a little pucker right on my pouch that I'm afraid you may be able to see. Hopefully not though. I've included a picture of that area. Also, I could do without the lace on the bottom of the legs for fear it will be bumpy and show. But other than those small things, and for the price, I think this is a winner.

Best thing I've owned so far
Best thing I've owned so far. Im still fat but it gives me a nice shape lol. It won't give you that nasty back fat most waist trainers do. The opening in the groin area is too big and it gives you a weird pooch and sometimes it hurts but at least it's not visible (unless you are wearing leggings)I'm 5'3/144lbs. Order a medium and it fits just right.Although, if you have thick legs like me, you'll end up with a weird sausage like mark right in the middle of your thighs so I would suggest wearing it with thicker jeans or dresses.

Good product
This waist trainer works pretty good. I like that the thighs are longer because I have thicker thighs, they don't ride up on me like others do. The only complaint I have is that it is a little thick. I can't really wear it under tight fitting clothes without it showing bumps and lumps through. The crotch area is also a little awkward and as another reviewer had mentioned, it does push that area through and make it stick out more. I've only used it a couple times but may be better worn for looser fitting clothing.

Definitely worth it!!
Let me start with some stats. I'm 30 years old 9 months post baby. 5 foot 3 165 whopping pounds and I have just this belly from hell that I don't have time to work off as a single Mom. So I searched and searched and found this.It is awesome! I got an xxl as the large was way to small for my thighs. It's still a bit hard to put on but nicely made and doesn't rip when your pulling it up like so many belt buckles have. Using the bathroom in this is interesting. I feel like I'm in the woods squating everytime but it's worth the effort. It totally smoothed out my bank fat that always shows under my bra and through my clothes. Slimmed my waist and made me feel super confident again! It's not uncomfortable but make sure you have your legs fabric taught because mine rolled with driving and I thought I would lose both of my legs by the time I made it home lolOnce I removed it I thought my stomach looked thinner. I only wear it when I'm going out or to church so I can feel better. I love my body and I am not saying you need this to feel confident but for me. I still kept all my curves it just held things in place and smoothed them out. So I say go for it!!

Good support
I would love to give this product five stars because I really love the silhouette it gives me. I really love the attached waist trainer and the opening that makes it easy to use the bathroom. My one problem with this is that after wearing it for two days, there is now a hole in the back of the garment. I hope I can get it mended because it really gives good support. I put a sheet of white paper under the rip to show it properly.

Great garment! Perfect for post op!
I've been through ALOT of shapers/fajas...alot and this is my best purchase yet!Normally I have spent about $80-$180 per shaper plus alterations once they are loose which run around $40-$60I got the medium in this and I'm 5'6 164lbs very curvy so it fit great. My only issue is the length is just about right so someone with a longer torso may have problems with this garment.I think the people giving the bad reviews are not understanding what they are purchasing. This is not a spanx and you should not easily get into this. Although it wasn't hard for me. This is a high compression garment and is meant to suck you in while lifting your buttocks which is why the back is sheer with a little grip under the bum. When you open it yes it looks super tiny like it's for a doll. My mom saw it and thought it was for my 18 month old lol. Just stretch it out and get to pulling!I would recommend for those wanting to hold their stomachs in while popping out the booty. Great post op garment also! I will be needing a small soon!

It could be better๐
I liked the overall fit and feel while wearing this piece but I was uncomfortable with the open slit between the legs. It's a little difficult to get on and the lace around the bottom portion shows through some of your clothing. Not as perfect as I thought and read that it would be. I truly didn't like that you can visibly see the hook and eyes going down the front of whatever it's was that I was wearing.
