I have looked everywhere.. locally and on the net and been let down more than once. Then I found this bed. There was no waiting for delivery for months I had it within a week. The company are very proactive and easy to communicate with. The delivery was a little late on the time they agreed but then I live in the middle of nowhere so that's quite normal. The mistake of the wrong size mattress being left ( my 85 Yr old father relieved the order and didn't notice) was corrected within 2 days and I was even told to use the mattress they left until the replacement arrived. They were very apologetic and polite. I didn't use the mattress and left it packed for collection. Have now had a whole week of comfortable sleeps. And the ottoman storage area is amazing with a fully fitted solid base not just a flimsy bit of fabric like others I have seen. so a nice dust free storage area. Fabric on the headboard and bed is super plush. And I love the chrome look gliders. Fairly easy to assemble but then I'm from a family of engineers and there were no actual instructions included. I feel like a princess climbing into it it is so high from the floor. Very impressive for the money and also on a plus note.. Good use of cardboard and fabric in the packaging with only the outer covers being plastic sheeting. Would recommend.

Delivery was good But driver should have ad some help with him but thing are ok thanks. we made the bed up great headboard and good quality like the Design. Storage is very good. Mattress is not bed.👍 pleased in all. Thanks Shaz.

Absolute nightmare getting this delivered. Two attempts and some whinging and the driver delivered to us. The bed is nice and sturdy and we have been well impressed initially and still fairly impressed now. The only downsides are.... The mattress has started to becomw uncomfortable already, its been about a year so might need to change it already. The instructions were not great for construction and resulted in two thick screws holding the headboard in place, with sharp ends sticking out inside the storage area. We had to manually cut them off. Finally the material on said headrest has sagged within a month or so. Generally though I am impressed for the price. It won't last as long as more expensive beds but will do for a handful of years.

We bought the same bed 4 years ago and paid double for it. This one was for my grandson storage is definitely a big bonus too

Excellent build and quality and very comfortable

Firstly, delivery was a farce. Driver phoned about 4 times, lost. We went out looking for him then he eventually turned up. Clearly had wrong postcode.Bed is not good quality even if £350. Would rather have put the money toward something better quality.No instructions, bolts missing. Headboard didn't fit. Gas Lift doesn't work so had to take mechanism off completely so now have to manually hold it up which needs two people.If you buy this bed after reading this review, you can't say you weren't warned.

Ordered a bed they didn’t have in stock upgraded it to a king much appreciated. When it came mattress to big and heavy for base. When lifting bed splits in 2 as heavy mattress. Holes not line up so can screw it. Headboard was to short for the bed once mattress on. Mattress hangs over 3”. Not made for each other. Quality of mattress good. But not for that bed. Seller says no return. I’m left with abed that’s not useable.
