I just registered my dog as an emotional support animal. Would this yag be exceptional to use for my little dog

No! That part is a complete waste of plastic. What you need to carry I would think would be a letter from your doctor stating that you need an emotional support animal. That’s it. You can go anywhere with your dog. It does not have to be registered.Learn the law and enjoy your dog. Hope it helps.

We are going to UK for the holidays, anyone know if any airlines will allow dogs to fly in the cabin. We have a letter from physician for flights

IF your dog is a legitimate ESA or Service Dog - in the case of ESA you need a letter from your doc. Your dog must be microchipped and since the U.K. is a rabies free country you’ll need a tither test which your vet will send off to the University of Kansas in order to prove your dog’s rabies status. You also need proof your dog is up to date on all regular vaccines and have him/her wormed between 24 and 36 hours of arrival in U.K. You also need to call the airport/customs vet at least 48 hrs prior to arrival to ensure someone is there to meet you. Even going through all of this there’s a chance your dog will be quarantined for several weeks before allowed to enter the country and if you happen to arrive without the required paperwork and tests,or there’s something missing or wrong with your paperwork,your dog may be confiscated and euthanized.
Bringing a dog to Europe is a whole different ballgame than to bring a dog from the EU to US and I suggest you contact the consulate or embassy of the country you plan to travel to several weeks ahead of your planned travel in order to get test and paperwork done. The airlines may require proof your dog can “hold it” for the duration of the flight + time required to check in as well as exit the airport which may effectively add 4-5 hours to the already long flight overseas. I assume your vet may be able to help you with this,although I’m unsure how you would go about providing it to him or her.
The best solution for 99.9% of dogs is to leave them at home - I sure wouldn’t risk my dog’s welfare,and very possibly his/her life.

You don't actually need a tag. All the Feseral law requires is that you carry a letter from a psychiatrist stating why you need the animal. The tags and dog vests and ID cards can be bought but they are not required. Also, the letter has to be re-issued by the doctor every year.Jonie K. answered on March 10, 2015
